Im relocating to Houston from AZ in a few weeks for a new opportunity with my job. I had reached out to other realtors online with not much luck. I was feeling very stressed about finding a place and with my entire move in general. I stumbled across ULR. Taking a chance after reading some good reviews I sent a quick email over stating my purpose of move, needs, and time frame. Within 6-8 hours of my inquiry AND on a Sunday(!!) the most engaging and energetic realtor, Sammy Del Real reached out to me. I was super impressed with his prompt follow up, genuine energy, and also his follow through in the coming days. He took the time to make sure he understood our needs, and we kept in contact leading up to our visit to Houston to finalize the details. He was totally on top of everything. Sammy followed our guideline for our rental budget and made us feel super comfortable in the process. He truly showed us every possibility and in an un-biased, no pressure, approach. He is truly driven to not only meet but exceed expectations. We spent 2 days looking at several apartments and in that time he showed us around town, neighborhood by neighborhood and answered every single question we had. We had so much fun getting to know Houston with him as our guide!! Seriously. Just 6 months ago we were in the market to purchase a home in AZ and the service we received from Sammy for just an apartment lease, was so outstanding compared to the mediocre, half- assed service we got when we were considering purchasing a home.He was absolutely attentive, and helped us find the best new home that was a true fit for us. If youre even just thinking about moving or leasing a new place I would encourage you to contact Sammy. We went into our home search with zero expectations and we had a fantastic experience, we were just blown away by his service. For anyone looking for the best realtor in Houston, look no farther than Stacie Giroux. Her ability to listen to her clients needs, encyclopedic knowledge of the Houston real-estate market, willingness to do whatever it takes to find you the perfect house or apartment, and caring personality makes her the best real estate agent in Houston...heck, everywhere! Before moving to Houston I tried to reach out to other realtors, but nobody seemed to listen to my needs and criteria. It was frustrating feeling as though I was not being heard and the other realtors were only interested in the commission rather than finding us an apartment that fit our needs. By chance, I stumbled upon Stacie and within five minutes all of my former frustrations melted away. Stacie listened to our budget, must-have list, and lifestyle and instantly recommended to us an apartment complex that fulfilled every single item on our list. Knowing we were from out-of-state and couldnt visit in person, she took videos of the unit and complex, putting me instantly at ease. She constantly went above and beyond for us, and we quickly felt as though we could trust her and her judgment. It didnt become clear to us until after we moved in (which is the first time we saw the complex) that it was a perfect match. She was spot on and putting my trust in her was one of the best decisions I have ever made. I will always be grateful to her, not just for finding us the perfect apartment, but for making me feel welcome in a new city. Stacie is the best because she truly cares about her clients. What do I think of Patty Hatton? Uh..awesome!! Patty just helped me find my first home in East End Revitalized (EaDo) and I truly couldnt have asked for a better realtor and experience. I initially contacted Patty about 3 years ago, I cheated on her with other realtors..but shhhh dont tell ;-) After a couple of pressure pitches and agents who arent on top of things, I ended at her door step again. If I had known what working with her would be like, I would not have taken 3 years to make the jump! But it takes what it takes... It took me about 3 months to find a home and the space is just perfect for me! Working with her was like shopping with a knowledgeable friend. Patty is delightful to speak with and her professional style makes this process soooo painless. She helped guide me from start to finish. I didnt feel overwhelmed or nervous about making decisions..as much I could be with this process - ha! She gave me my space to decide and never pressured me. I really like this quality of Patty as I was pressured by other agents to make decisions claiming I need to move fast. Patty knew the right place would come. She spent as much, or as little time as I wanted at places. She always responded quickly, even while on vacation. I was supplied me with all pertinent information, contacts, and pros and cons of various properties. All in all I would choose Patty again and again! Thanks Patty!

Angel was awesome to work with! I am a finicky person when it comes to apartments as my job required me to move annually for a while, but when I ended up settling in Texas I wanted to make sure I found the right spot that felt like home. I usually am great at finding apartments on my own, but here it was nearly impossible with the vast amount of properties and listings. Originally, I went and explored other websites like Padmapper which was reliable in other cities - but not here, and a few other local apartment hunting tools that advertised "cashback for renting through us." After reading the reviews of those websites I decided it was best to go through a Realty company. To be honest, Im not certain how I found Angel, but I am so happy I did. I had built excel sheets with information comparing different apartments, was exploring both 1- and 2-bedroom apartments, and had a myriad of needs that needed to be met at a certain budget. Angel hit the nail on the head with MANY apartments that she suggested. Ultimately I ended up settling down in a building I love, trust, feel safe in and am happy to have friends over at. Without Angel honestly I probably would have ended up in an overpriced, lackluster location. She is great at what she does, and I cant wait to utilize her talents when it comes to purchasing. HIGHLY RECOMMEND URL! New to Houston, and looking to relocate from NW Jersey Village area to Downtown; let me tell ya.... I was nervous, had no clue and no time. Then the relocation angels sent me Sammy Del Real!! What can I say about him that hasnt already been said. A truly professional, resourceful, patient and enthusiastic guy! After listening to my wish list and answering what had to be 100 questions; Im happy to say I will be moving into an awesome midrise luxury apt in the Montrose area (The Susanne)! It was everything I was looking for. I was also able to lock in a new property discount! Thankx Sammy!!!! Hands Down, Im so happy I was able to work with him as my agent; he was able to give me great eating & socializing locations throughout my new neighborhood. Not to mention, the other choices he lined up for me to see; they were gr8 also, but The Susanne was the place for me! To top off a quick & professional leasing experience... when the final signature was signed and deposit made; I thought that would be it, URL thank you...but Sammy made sure the approval process went ok, recommended movers and kept in touch on some local events Im interested in attending soon.
