Unfortunately I do not have a positive review about this agency. In April of 2017 I closed on a property listed by Samantha Maret of Remax Exclusive. From a buyer point of view I must say Ms. Maret was very disorganized during the process. My overall issues with her stem from lack of communication, disorganization, and an overall dismissive attitude toward the buyer. She was never on time for appointments and my final interaction with her was not delivering the house keys at closing. She offered no apologies and I eventually had to change the locks. When I brought the issues to the owners of Remax exclusive, Thomas and Indra. Thomas was some what helpful, however Indra was not. Indra was quoted as saying "I work for the buyers not the sellers." While that statement is true, simple customer service goes a long way. Leadership starts from the top down, Ms. Merit behavior mirrors her boss. Indra consistently argued with me and provided a litany of excuses as to why her agent did not deliver on their end of the deal. Bottom line, I do not recommend this agency.

An extremely professional group of realtors that will look out for your best interests As they are extremely knowledgeable within the community. If you are in the market to purchase or sell definitely consider this firm as they will treat you 1st class !!
