We just moved to Texas from out of state and found Gregory through a Realtor helping us find a home to rent. Everyone has been extremely helpful through the entire process. Upon arrival we had 2 issues (one with lawn and one with air conditioner), and after speaking with David (he is a very nice man who takes the time to listen to the problem(s) and works to remedy them.) our issues were promptly taken care of. We would like to extend a heartfelt "thank you" to David for being so understanding and providing us with prompt service and courteousness. We have been here for almost 6 months, and we love it! Had a few problems right after we moved in, but they were taken care of right away! The staff is very nice and informative. We have moved a round a lot the last 3-4 years, but this is the one place I see my family for years to come! They have properties for any budget or school district. If you call the office, someone is always there to help or to return your call.

Gregory property management does not explain everything to you i paid the deposit on thursday and they were closed on a friday so we had to wait till monday to cancel because we had found something better and they would not give our deposit back and the employees are unprofessional and rude especially adriana she is very rude.
