Colliers International is definitely the way to go. Last year, we interviewed several commercial real estate services and selected Colliers for the sale of our building, 900 Lovett, Houston, TX 77006. Colliers brought in a team of specialist for all areas, including research and marketing. They worked with both the Center for Psychoanalytic Studies Board of Directors and myself (Executive Director) to prepare the building for the sale at the best price. During the course of the showings, they were very professional and respectful of our work environment. In the end, they achieved success! The sale of our building went smoothly. Colliers helped position the new owners to allow us to lease back our space and stay in the building.

Incredibly unprofessional, arrogant and petulant... A typical company that is not willing to move its "little finger" or show their "not-so-good-service" unless they are absolutely sure that they can make enough to worth the effort. If you are looking for a professional company in this competitive market do your research first, and do not call the first that shows up on Google like I did, unless you want to wast your time, unfortunately, like I did too.
