This review is regarding realtor, April Barrios. On 8-11-17 at 7:30p I received a text from CSS regarding a showing on 8-11-17 between 9:30p-9:45p. I noticed the text at 8:30p and called CSS to ensure the time and date of the showing was accurate because it was such an odd hour to show an occupied home. CSS stated the date and time were correct and I informed them I would accept the 9:30p appointment. I felt the hour would give me the opportunity to prepare the house. However, while still on the phone with CSS, at 8:30p, April Barrios walks through the door with a family. Please note, she arrived an hour early, didnt knock nor ring the door bell, and I had yet to hang up the phone from accepting the 9:30p showing she schedule. SAFETY and PRIVACY is my biggest concern, therefore, operating in decency and order is very important. I told April she was an hour early. She then stated, "oh, we had until 8:30p to show the house". If you had until 8:30p to show the house, WHY WOULD YOU SHOW UP AT 8:30p????? She is not punctual! After she left I called CSS back to ask why she had arrived an hour before her scheduled time. They were just as shocked as I and we simply deemed her to be an unorganized and shady realtor. PLEASE DO BETTER NEXT TIME.
