Ive been a Realtor for over 20 years and hold my license with Champions Real Estate Group. To the ones complaining about the Brokerage Firm...it takes two to Tango. Yes! Their requirements on paperwork is annoying sometimes, however TREC forms are there for a reason, and we must do our job on providing them to clients on timely manner. I never encountered any issues when asking for Broker support and advice in a "professional manner " - Our business is full of attitudes and inflate egos, so we must understand professional etiquette when asking for help. In regards to leases, I take my time to screen the applicants, and if anyone ask me for a safe place to live...I send them to the HPD ( Houston Police Department Website) for the client to check on statistics. Our job as Agents is to show property and facilitate purchasing and leasing, but we are not experts on security. Our Texas Real Estate license prohibits us from acting as attorney or experts on other fields in which we dont hold a licensee. The company offers webinars for training, and in-house training. It is up to the agent to participate, this is not a Kinder-garden school where the Broker takes your hand and makes you seat in a circle, as your old elementary teacher did. The office functions as a professional environment where a hard working agent can accomplish success by providing an excellent service while doing their job. ( And if an agent dont know their duties, then reading the code of ethics can help) Now, there are plenty of bad apples in our business, but we must be careful not to judge all the agents from this firm as a whole. The company has over 1000 agents in 3 areas of our city and two other cities. And believe me, we are not all the same. Ive been very happy with the company. I work mostly from my home office. I get the support I need when needed. I take advantage of the satellite training days, the paperless filing system, and the free lunches when available.

Ashley, thank you for taking the time to write your review. I am sorry you feel this way. I have replayed my conversation with you on that faithful day. You had a couple of questions which I did respond to. You had a comment to which I responded "Do you have any more questions?" and I did not hear anything. At that point, I disconnected the call. In life, we meet different people and they all have a purpose they are sent to us. I thank God I met you. Have a prosperous career. Hi Steve, Thank you for taking the time to write your review. I am sorry you feel this way. When you sent your request "offer $1100/month ........", I did respond by email (as that was the best mode of communication from where I was) that the property was listed for $1250 and $1100 was not acceptable by the landlord. When the appointment was scheduled for showing, I was under the opinion that you got the email and still decided to view the property. I am sorry if there was a miscommunication. I did refund your $47 as you requested. Hope you got it. Thank you for your business.

I worked there for 28 days. Champions NEVER returned my emails or phone calls when I was there to ask questions about the 4 transactions I closed. They also make all agents have their clients signs forms that protect Champions liability, but do nothing for the client, especially the buyers who are multiple buyers and know they need to get an inspection, and know about radon, lead, environmental issues, etc. Their training is very limited. You can never get a hold of the broker or the broker assistant for specific advice. I was told to wait 4 days for an answer to my transaction, and I still didnt get an answer. It takes almost a week to get paid from the rental transactions. Finally, Im applying for my broker license and Champions has not responded to my 5 attempts to get them to sign that I closed 2 transactions when I was with them. My 28 days were a waste of tim, and but iI saw how a real estate company can make huge amounts of money while offering their clients and real estate agents limited expertise, and thats scary for both clients and agents.

My wife put in an application on a rent house, and 3 days later had still not heard for them. On the 4th day say say everything is good, but then increase the deposit for no reason. After contacting them again about this it takes 3 days for a simple response. After which they ask for a picture of our dog, weird but ok we send the pictures. 2 days later they ask for a picture of our family. Nope that was it, I dont know exactly is going on at this company but its shady and weird. Judging from the other reviews thats just how they are. I would rather go homeless than ever use this company or anyone affiliated with them. So no Im out money for the application because this company is just creepy and weird. Thanks for wasting my time and money, I guess this is how they make their money!

Ive been a Realtor for close to 15 years in Houston. Ive worked with a small broker and with one of the largest franchises. Ive been an agent at Champions going on four years. I dont have anything bad to say about the brokerage. They are there when I need them. My broker always either answers his phone or calls me back if he cant talk right away. You have to realize, there are over 1500 agents that have their license with this broker. The odds are not all the agents will have the same ability to service clients as others. This is true in any brokerage. Im proud to be with Champions Real Estate Group and if youre a seasoned agent looking for a home, I would highly recommend that you talk with them.

Unfortunately I had a very poor experience while dealing with a Agent with this company. The Agent had a house listed that my client submitted an offer. We were told that there were multiple offers and everyone should submit their "highest and best" by a certain date and time. I was told that my clients offer was not accepted by the Seller but coincidentally the Buyer whose offer was accepted was represented by the same Agent that listed the home. I reported this to the Broker who admitted it was a conflict and would call me back and I have not heard back from him. To me this was a very unethical and shady deal...

I have been very pleased with Champions Real Estate Group! Im not to sure why the other reviews bash Champions so much. I was working with a gentleman named Paul and he was fantastic! My work schedule makes it very difficult for me to make it to there office so Paul actually came to me so I could pay the application fees and what not. Hes also great with follow up, hell text you if he cant get a hold of you via telephone which I think is awesome and his customer service was awesome. I recommend Champions to anyone who needs a rental property or buying a property.

As a realtor, your job is to communicate to your seller/landlord in order to get a property sold. This company has the absolute most unprofessional realtors in Houston. I just spoke to a realtor, Stella Chibundu, about leasing a property to one of my clients, and she cut me off mid-conversation and was very rude. Never again will I ever suggest one of their properties to a client. The only reason why theyre getting one star rating is because I could not post this without rating them. Otherwise, theyd have no stars.
