I contacted the Re/Max team to find a rental property as a first time renter, therefore I was quite uneducated with real estate and needed a lot of assistance. My realtor, Heather Anderson, took special interest in finding a property that was right for me and my family. We had a stressed time frame in which we were finding a home, and Ms. Anderson made my case a priority by responding to all of my questions and concerns in a timely fashion. After working with the Re/Max team, I did not feel naive to the home renting process because they took time to explain each step and had a plethora of resources to consult. During the tour of the home that we ended up renting, the homeowner was in the process of fixing a few appliances and Ms. Anderson made our stance known that we requested those to be fixed before the move in date. She followed up with the homeowner, checking in on the progress to make sure that we were taken care of. She worked with us through the rental lease agreement and explained each part. I feel that the level of service and expertise with the Re/Max agents was unmatched by any other realty company. Just to show even more how courteous the team is, we receive emails periodically from Ronnie and Cathy Matthews checking in on us and wishing us well. There is no other realty company that has such genuine care for my family, knowledge and dedicated years of service in realty, and a heart for the community than Re/Max Legends.

My husband I used Remax Legends Ronnie and Cathy Matthews team about a year ago. Everything from start to finish with looking at homes to finalizing the paperwork on our new home was virtually flawless. Heather was/is amazing. If you are in the market to buy a home or rent a home, DEFINITELY would recommend the Remax Legends. No wonder they are number one in the industry. Im a first time real estate investor and got introduced to The RE/MAX Legends Ronnie and Cathy Matthews Team by my advisor. I worked with Amanda to find a right property and she walked me through the entire process. As I am an out of state investor and not personally visiting the property, I relied on her advice from identifying the right property to close and pairing up with a property manager. For most part it went well and closed the deal on time. In real estate investment, buying the house is half the battle and finding a right property manager and renting it is another half. I could able to rent out the property in about 2 months. I wish I should have engaged a better PM than what I ended up. Amanda is kind enough to help me to find a better PM. I will use Amandas service again and would recommend working with her if you are in Houston real estate market.

Dana had fabulous communication and was available to me wherever my schedule permitted and was very good at accommodating me and any late notice requests I may have had. In such a stressful time with so many decisions to be made, Patti made the process go soooo smoothly. She was always one step ahead of us. She was so professional, yet genuine and down to earth. I worked with Patti on two occasions - purchasing our home and tagging along with a dear friend who was considering a relocation. She showed up with binders of information and planned a detailed schedule for my friend to tour a number of homes. Jennifer Jacobson was extremely helpful and professional through the buying process. As new home buyers we had no idea what we were doing and she helps guide us from beginning to end. She listened to our needs and wants and was able to provide us a user friendly system that she would fill with options that we could then put in the Yes, No and Maybe buckets. She then created a list and make a route so we could visit all the houses in one day because of our crazy work schedules. We were able to narrow down our options to the top 3 and the finally our dream home. She made the process super easy and kept us on track to close on time. If you are purchasing a home that is represented By this company, do not buy it. Our closing was 4 hours late and the previous owner, who did not live at the address, was not out of the home until 8 pm when the closing was suppose to be at 1:30 pm. This Re/Max office never notified the the seller of the closing that was on a Monday. they found out about the closing Friday around noon. I could not move into my home until the next day, because we spent all night cleaning the house and there is still Garbage on the property from the previous owner. I have spent an additional $1000.00 just to live in my own home.

For a buyers agent, Patti Romano is the best! My husband and I had worked with several Realtors in the past, but none compare to Patti! She is knowledgeable about houses, over and above what other realtors know. She is honest and will tell you if a house is a good fit, and doesnt try to upsell you! We ended up in a home we are very happy with, and it was the first house Patti showed us! She listened to our needs and was always quick with follow up, and available to answer any questions we had throughout the process of being first time home buyers. Highly recommend.

Samantha Chelette is an amazing Realtor. She took care of our problems with the builder we used. She is a great negotiator. Samantha listened to us and always responded to our phone calls the same day...usually within a few hours. Samantha also kept us informed throughout the whole process of our home purchase. She is very knowledgeable about contracts and will look out for her clients. We will DEF use Samantha again if we buy or build another house. I cant imagine not having her as our realtor. Samantha also knows the Houston area VERY well.
