Kelly and Kimberly added an "administration fee" the day before closing even thought they had never mentioned it and it wasnt on any paper we had signed. After being lied to on the phone and put on hold several times Kimberly was bitching about my complaining about that fee, which another Remax Realtor had told me they do not charge for it. I was called unprofessional, even though they were the ones that did not have the HUD statement ready until last minute and all the fees on the net estimate were way off of the HUD statement. They complained they worked very hard on selling the phones taking all the pictures when we had actually sent them all the pictures to put the house up for sale. The entire process was badly explained, she wanted to do everything by email instead of meeting us in person and explaining everything. Overall, bad experience with them. They did not even show up at closing. I hope this review save others from same experience.

I experienced quite a bit of disappointment with the REMAX Allstars team. I was recommended to use them in my search for a perfect home by a close colleague, but I was let down on numerous occasions after calling their office multiple times and leaving message with the receptionist. I was told Ashley Williams would be contacting me ASAP to assist in my purchase of a home. To this day I have not received a single call back from Ashley Williams nor anyone from their office. The utter lack of responsibility and carelessness is appalling and any goodwill they may have had from prior successful business relationships will soon dissipate if this sort of careless behavior continues.

RE/MAX Allstars goes above and beyond for the verifiable consumers! Reading reviews-& realize the validity of reviews starts with the reviewers profile. Scroll along and you will see negative reviewers have annomous profiles- Like Joel Olsteen said, "If you cant be positive then at least be quiet."

Kim helped me find my house. She also helped me stand up to the builder when they tried to cheat me. I appreciate all the patience Kim had with me and the situation.
