Cindy also provided me with the names of resources for appliances and trusted tradespeople for any repairs or updates I may want to make. Cindy is also a huge supporter of teachers. Cant say enough good things about Dan and Cindy Boutwell! We had 5 star service from the beginning to well after the sale of our home and purchase of a new home. They are so knowledgeable about the market in our area and were extremely helpful with everything from repairs to home warranty. Cindy is the best! She and Dan are so knowledgeable about the market, which we found to be a huge help. But they really earned our trust after the sale was finished and done. Since then they are always checking if we need anything, providing advice on trusted contractors, and reminding us about key home related dates, which has been a huge help since we are first time home owners.
