Weve never had a bad experience with any of the staff at Coldwell Banker! We are currently in the process of owning our home and our agent continues to go out of her way to make sure everything is done correctly. She explains everything thoroughly and is always smiling and willing to answer all questions weve had (even when Ive been flustered and asked a few more than once!). Weve had to jump through hoops to get everything completed, but with her by our sides...its much easier!

Dick May is the worst commercial real estate associate in Topeka. Every property he has seems to just sit. He doesnt know much information about the properties and is very gruff and rude. Most properties would sell if he would be kind and listen to people
