Karen is not only a great realtor but an awesome person too! She helped my husband and I find the perfect house in Manhattan that fit our needs. We had her running all over looking at houses for us before we moved and trusted her enough to go under contract site unseen. When she looked at houses for us she was thorough to the point of being picky. We got a little frustrated at the time but that was extremely important to find us a good home. Karen made sure she would want to live in and potentially sell our house. She gave us great tips and suggestions to make the house even more desirable. She knew our priority was to get in the right house quickly and we closed in 25 days. Since closing, Karen has not just disappeared like her work here was done. When I moved in and didnt have furniture she brought me a chair. She gave me a tour or manhattan and filled me in on everything to make me feel comfortable here.
