I worked her left on good terms. I couldnt work for a place that treats people the way they do. Sad to say but you will hate renting from here. AC goes bad make sure rent is payed or it wont get fixed along with any other maintenance issues you may have. 3 of the review are from friend not current residents. No background checks so you might find you and youre family living next to sex offenders or even worst. They dont care who they rent to only that they have the cash to move in. Sorry to say but this place is the worst place in the metro area by far. No respect for resident or customer service at all. When it comes to property managing and fair housing they are lucky that no one has done anything to stop some of the thing they do. Good luck and these reviews arent very accurate since they arent real they are just friends of Michelle, the owners daughter.

They didnt mention about the roaches and bed bugs alot of the tenants had. And they take forever to handle a tenants complain. Or concerns. They act like they dont matter. I was going to get an apartment there with my sister until someone who used to live there shared with me how awfully managed it is. She had an issue with her sink and they didnt do anything. She had to fix it herself. On top of that they didnt give her the deposit because they claimed the plumer came on the managers behalf which it didnt. Thank goodness i didnt make the mistake of living there.

No back ground check no credit check. Manage by the daughter of the owner who lives with her dad and shes 50. Speaks a lot about your landlord. No background check you might find your self next to a registered sex offender or worst.!!
