Working with Kym Garland of Regal Realtors was a dream come true. I found her based on reviews just like the one I am making. She responded immediately to my email and set up an in-person meeting; from that initial meeting, I knew my husband and I were in good hands. Kym helped us buy a home and sell our existing home, all in record time with top notch service and negotiation. I felt protected by Kym every step of the way. She became my friend, confidante and fiercest advocate. I would refer her to anyone. Buying and selling a home is stressful, and finding the right realtor is a daunting task. I can speak from personal experience that having Kym as our representative throughout the process was an absolute luxury. I will miss speaking with her on a daily basis, but know that I have found a great friend through this process. Even though several weeks have passed since we finalized both transactions, she still keeps in touch and checks in on our home. She is simply the best.

Review of Kym Garland, Regal Realtors Rockwall, TX We actually "tried out" three realtors from Rockwall when we began our home search. Two were recommended and Kym we just went into her office and found her by chance. She was by far the most responsive realtor and we immediately chose to stay with Kym. Kym was great during the whole process. She was very flexible with our schedules and showed us many, many homes. She kept us updated on new listings and gave us good advice during negotiations. Even after we had a contract, she stayed diligent during the home inspections and closing period. We strongly recommend Kym. After we bought a house with Kyms help, we chose to use her to sell our previous home about 30 miles away. Once again, she did a great job and had a contract on our house in a very short time. My husband and I hit the jackpot when we were buying our first home in April/May of this year. We stumbled upon Regal Realtors via Google and met with Saundra Holland. She was a buyers dream! She was truly an advocate for us - asking questions we hadnt even though of as first-time homebuyers, etc. She became a good friend, as well. I was always extremely impressed with the professionalism Saundra always showed, as well as all of the other members of the Regal Realtors team. Everytime we went into the office, we were warmly greeted. I cannot say enough good things about Saundra and Regal Realtors. I think my husband and I have found our "forever home," but I will ABSOLUTELY pass along Saundras information to all friends and family searching for a new home (or to sell one). She is fantastic!

Leighton Pinkham did an amazing job helping our family relocate to Fate from San Antonio. We had limited time and a specific budget. Leightons office uses a more modern, electronic approach when it comes to paperwork, which was very convenient for us when we were out of the area. He had no reservations when we asked to use our trusted mortgage broker in San Antonio. Leighton was extremely knowledgeable of the local areas and accommodated our limited schedule. He is very honest and forthright. We were always informed and therefore never disappointed with any "surprise" outcomes. I am so in love with our new home. "If you are looking for someone who is Professional,Timely and will prepare your home for MAXIMUM return then you need to call Leighton. We listed our home by owner because we didnt want to pay real estate fees we only had 1 appointment in 6 weeks. So we decided to go with Leighton. He sent out a professional decorator and a professional photographer (at his expense) who prepared our home for showing and took great pictures for marketing the property.
