It was a pleasant transaction in the beginning up until my Buyers( I am a Keller Williams agent) took possession of the property. There was flooding in the Laundry room caused by a broken valve. Plumber determined it has been broken but there was no leak because a washer was hooked up to it. Theres a Water Removal Services bill of $3000 who clearly needs to be addressed, but to no avail. Shirley Marlowe, the listing agent would not return any of my phone calls, text messages and emails. I couldnt get their side of the story. She got her commission and ran! Its very bad business practice to do whats shes doing. I will never do business with her again. Also David Cates, I suggest you get your facts straight before you maliciously accuse a fellow agent of "practicing law". I have sent you proofs and documentation that I NEVER wrote a letter on behalf of my client. I have never received an apology for that either.
