My husband and I are currently in the final stages of a huge transition of selling our current home and purchasing a new home for our growing family. We had SEVERAL realtors reach out to us over the last year, but for some reason, we were never compelled to move forward with them so we dibbled and dabbled and casually looked at homes not knowing how to start the process of two large transactions (selling and buying). It wasn’t until we met Priscilla Babbidge and the Mike Mazyck Realty team! It was such a natural connection! Priscilla was so diligent in helping us find our perfect home! OMG, she was so patience, knowledgeable, and explained at all times what was happening. I could tell 100% that she truly cared and that it was more than just a sale to her. Too add, she was extremely patient with all of our questions (and we had a lot) and always seemed to be available no matter the hour of the day (or night). From there the concierge team kicked in (Rebecca Wiseman) and other members of the Mike Mazyck Realty team. Everything has been seamless from helping with moving supplies, vendors referrals, goody baskets, and they even help to research and set up your utility services and bring you food on your moving day! Mike Mazyck Realty team is definitely a step above the rest! I’m hard to please and I was blown away by the time, attention, dedication, and top customer service I have received. All I can say is.. after seeing all the ads, magazine stories and for sale signs around town, I had to give Mike Mazyck realty a try. I have known Anita Barham for several years and know she would never do anything that wasnt TOP NOTCH!! I just wasnt prepared for how over the top this company would go to help us sell our house.. Now I know that houses in Rockwall sell fast right now.. Thats no secret.. what needs to be made more public is how this company truly treats its clients. Having been in the car business for more than 20 years.. I know great customer service when I see it.. I have also seen all types of dealerships claim they have it but when it comes right down to it.. They have no idea what amazing customer service really is.. For starters, Sunday night meeting to list the house.. 200 or so phone calls each day (Not quite that many) to make sure everything is ready.... Sign goes in the yard 12:00 noon... House is sold by 8:00 PM that night.. Here is where it gets really good... next day or so later.. knock on the door.. Home made COOKIES!! in a real nice basket... along with a card from their Client Concierge team led by Tonya Weathers!! Thats right.. Home Made not store bought!! Then I get the email with a list of reliable contractors, movers, loan officers and even an offer of getting moving boxes at a very reduced price.. Every step of the way has been the best selling experience I have ever had or heard of. They also handled my new home purchase too!! This whole process has been WAY TO SMOOTH!! A few weeks ago after we had been pre-approved we were CLUELESS as to what our next step should be and were a little irritated that we had been blown off by the realtors we had tried to connect with while looking for houses on the weekends. This is our first time buying a house, so we needed help. We decided to talk to our lender about next steps and he immediately recommended John Papadopoulos. John called us promptly and even met up with us that same day (a Sunday, by the way, a day that he probably would like to save for his wife and daughters). That Wednesday we went and looked at 10 homes, and found exactly what we were looking for - stars aligned, contracts were signed and we are now in Pending status and we couldnt be more excited. We never imagined that this process could be this painless, especially in a market that is moving so quickly. John has been a such a blessing to us, he is a straight-shooter and gets things done quickly and is extremely responsive (even to nervous nagging during negotiations). Tonya reached out during our option period and has continuously checked-in to make sure we have what we need. I highly recommend working with John!

My experience with Mike Mazyck Realty was amazing and exceeded my expectations. Denise Valle was my Real Estate agent and I couldnt ask for anyone better. We viewed lots of properties during my search because I was looking for that perfect home that had everything I wanted. She was more than willing to show me as many homes as I wanted to see. I was being picky in a "Sellers" market, but my best interests were Denises top priority. I never felt pressured to settle for anything less than what I wanted in a home. Ive worked with other Realty companies for past home purchases, but Mike Mazyck Realty is by far the best Ive had the pleasure of working with. Their "FREE" concierge service has been a huge benefit. You can purchase moving boxes and have them delivered for less that you can buy them at the store. They also provide a free meal to you on your moving day. Looking forward to my free pizza! Also free of charge is the rekeying of the locks on your new home. These are just a few of the items the concierge service provided. No other realtor Ive used in the past has provided these extra benefits. I will definitely be using Mike Mazyck Realty for my future realty needs.

I had been thinking about selling my house and relocating out of Dallas for some time. As luck would have it I found someone that was interested in purchasing my home. So I started looking on Zillow and found a couple of homes that I wanted to look at and sent my information in and that same day Lujenna with Mike Mazych Realty contacted me. The first weekend she and I went looking I did not see anything I liked. She communicated with me throughout the week and had lined up some homes to look at the following weekend. The first house we went to was in Fate and it was the house that I knew I wanted. I am now in the process of closing and hopefully moving within the week. Lujenna has been great throughout the process. She has kept me informed all throughout each step. This was to be the first time I have ever sold a house to buy another. It can be very stressful. Mike Mazych Realty team has been great they helped with locating a mover and with moving utilities and address changes and many of things that I would not have thought of due to the stress of moving. I truly am grateful that Lujenna contacted me that day.

We were introduced to Amber when we were viewing a house she was representing. Right away we loved her honesty and integrity she brought to us; SO much so that we actually decided to use her solely to help us find a house in replacement of the current agent we had. Amber was in contact with us daily about properties and would literally drop everything to show us a property at our connivence.
