Had a very poor experience. Told agent I wanted to sell property, did not care about the price, did not want to lose tenant. Agent priced property too high, never brought me an offer, and ticked off tenant causing tenant to leave; basically everything different than what I had communicated. Finally transferred to different agency, and got offer with a week.
