I have had the best experience working with Lisa Roth w/ Re/Max The Woodlands & Spring. Lisa has gone above and beyond the call of duty to help me with my real estate needs. She represented me in my first home purchase four years ago as well as representing me in renting my home last year. I was an absentee home owner and she provided full-service real estate and property management services. Just recently, as in this past month, I called on her for guidance while going through the re-financing process. I cant say enough about what positive experiences I have had with Lisa, from guiding me through the very scary process of a first time home purchase to representing me as a rental agent and liaison to providing market information, guidance and referrals through the home re-financing process. Lisa knows what it takes to sell a home and has an enormous amount of contacts from inspectors, repairmen, painters, contractors, etc. that can provide the services needed to get a house sold and/or rented. She is a one-stop shop for selling, purchasing, renting, etc. Lisa has an encyclopedic knowledge of the real estate market in The Woodlands. She is very professional, a woman of great character and has been a true asset and champion for my real-estate needs. I wholeheartedly recommend Lisa!

Just recently I had the experience in meeting probably the worst most unprofessional unethical agent at Remax Lisa Roth. Honestly dont know why she is even a real estate agent. I think she is in the wrong profession either that or she needs to learn better customer service skills. She made my husband and I both feel like trash and was so unprofessional and rude that I will NEVER use a Remax agent! My advice is to never never judge a book by its cover as you may miss out on an amazing story or an amazing commission!

She was very business-like and professional through every showing and made sure to tour the property with us and discuss what we liked and didnt like to help. We have been in our dream home for a little over a month now and she has followed up several times to make sure everything is going okay; she even continue to be in touch.
