I have been a Lifestyles Unlimited Member for 2 years. My husband and I joined as Preffered Investors and began our education. Like anything else in life, what you get out of this program depends on what you put into it. The road map provided by Lifestyles Unlimited works, if you follow it. You begin by educating yourself. Lifestyles Unlimited has meetings in all of their offices each week to help you learn the process and the trades involved in Real Estate investing. As a member AT ANY LEVEL you have unlimted questions and answers with Lifestyles Unlimited mentors. The mentors have specific knowledge as well as the ability to coach you through your own fears. My observation is that some people come into the group looking for excuses not to succeed. Lifestyles is not going to provide you with those excuses. You have to overcome your fear. The environment at Lifestyles created by both the mentors and other members is positive, educational and encouraging. Ask questions and attend classes until you understand! Then do it! Start buying Real Estate...this is a great time to get going, real estate is on sale!

The thing that I love about Lifestyles Unlimited is that it is a group of actual investors helping other new and experienced investors go out and build their portfolios. This is not the usual tire kicker group where people just get together to talk the talk without walking the walk. Most other groups I have been to consist of people that will never pull the trigger and they become addicted to the meetings rather than going out and doing deals. It is also different than the travelling road shows that you see all the time where you go to a hotel seminar room and you get the chance to buy books, tapes, and CDs at the end without having any assistance when you really need it. Lifestyles mentors are available everyday for members to ask questions M-F 9-5 and during their classes and meetings. They helped me learn how to take my business to the next level and how to avoid all of the mistakes that I had made in the past.

I have been a member since 2001. I own 8 single family homes and 3 commercial businesses. This group is the real deal. I am an FFP member and enjoy workign with and having someone to ask questions to every step of the way. All you have to do is pick up and call the office and you always get someone. The people on the other line are investors in the same market i am buying in. I appreciate the other members as well. They are a great wealth of knowledge. Hard working, people liek myself that do not want to rely on the government to take care of them. Grab the bull by the horns and make your own destiny, not yoru job or corporations destiny! I love Lifestyles Unlimited. They do what they say and mean what they say.

When I became a member of Lifestyles Unlimited as a young twenty-something. I had a good job but only had $580 credit score and $2,500 in the bank. I wasnt promised the world but I was shown that if I followed a few key principles that I would free myself from the chains of the "employee mentality" and/or "someone else is responsible for me mentality." Well now I have a positive cashflow of $2,136.00 along with the $125,000 in net worth. Not bad for someone who took a 30% paycut to work at a job they get fulfillment from. Thanks yall!

We have been members for almost two years. Before that we thought we were real estate investors but we were wrong. In the two years since we joined the group we have far surpassed what we had been doing wrong for the past five years. Real Estate provides great passive income if done correctly. And following the leads of mentors and other members of Lifestyles makes it happen. We wish we would have become members years ago! You must take action and take responsibility for your life!
