turned in a bid to purchase a home to Debi Moore, under this agency, the agent and the office staff played us while apparently chasing the price up on the home, was overprices compared to recent sales in the neighborhood, ask the broker Mike Bossart to get involved, he said she was out sick,at one point saying they feared she had died. 15 days into it today they send an email wanting to know if we are still interested, we are but now things have changed as we are preparing to file a formal complaint with TREC on the ethics at this KW location and the agent and broker involved. very unsatisfied with them. here in Houston TX
