We had a horrible experience with Todd Patin. I would not recommend this guy to anyone looking to do something as simple as renting a home. He would not even run our application based on our temporary financial situation. Even though we were still qualified and had a cosigner for peace of mind. Todd told us the landlord would call us, never did. We sent a detailed email with everything they would need to know and our yearly income and still no reply. I understand if the house has better applications on it however the house is still on the market and they have lowered the rent 2x since this incident!! Its been 2 weeks already. I feel as though they treated us unfairly and ignored us. We were qualified, made over 3x the monthly rent, excellent credit and never late on rent payments or evicted. There is no reason to be so unprofessional and rude.

Was a great experience working with this group when buying our home. We were first time home buyers and seriously scared from all the horror stories we had heard about buying a home. Once we found our home we closed in about 30 days. Super smooth process and closing day only took about an hr.
