In the time I lived in Eminence, I dont believe Ive ever met a nice employee there. When Ive had questions or an issue, there was absolutely no empathy, for instance John. He was not helpful, impatient and rude. And no, he didnt help me resolve my issue. Use another carrier,UPS, FedEx, just not the Eminence Post Office. I guess government employees arent taught anything about customer service.

I was helped greatly through the process of applying for a passport yesterday. It was my first time, and I actually called 3 separate times. I expected the person on the other end to get upset. But he was polite and helpful each time. So maybe it isnt them...

I think this place is amazing! I have never had anything damaged or lost. The employees are very nice and always have a conversation with me. When they run out to my street, if I forgot to put the red flag up, they take the mail out anyway. Great post office!
