I constantly receive other apartments mail in my box. Im a two digit address, 3digit address mail ends up in my box. I have called the post office at least 5-7 times complaining about my postal carrier. Shes constantly smoking cigarettes, is rude, and is never on a scheduled time. Everywhere I have ever lived everyone knew what time, within a 30 minute window, that their mail carrier should show up. I have received packages and prescription medicine in my box that were not even close to my apartment. She has even gone on a psychotic escapade where for days she would put tickets in our mailbox saying we have a package in the front office and then the front office will inform us she hasnt even been in the building today and several others have been checking for phantom packages as well. However, today was a final straw for me. I have been waiting ALL day for a package i have been tracking. It left Florence post office this morning at 8:41 am it is 3:29 pm my package is still in delivery yet the post office is closed! It was supposed to have been here hours ago. I am constantly watching my mail box bc Im paranoid she is putting my packages in others boxes or simply not delivering them at all. The first 3 times I called I was very patient Md understanding. The 4th time I called I purposely called during the morning hours to speak with a manager. All she did was take down the last names of the individuals in my house. The next day there was a paper on my box with our names on it and would you believe I have still received other apartments mail even after that little safegaurd! The last few times I have called I have even asked where/ how do I apply bc apparently I dont need to know how to do my job correctly to work here and Ill never be fired for a poor performance! Good luck to yall. Ive never had this hard of a time receiving what is mine.

The manager at this store is just plain rude and disrespectful!i have a p.o.Box at this location and I got a email saying to pay my p.o.Box or it will be closed I have tried to pay it for the past week online and it not let me I also came into the store to use the pay station and it has not let me! So I called the post office number and the lady I first talk to listen to everything I say and then tells me to hold on and puts someone else on the phone with put telling her what was going on and with the first Lady I was not mad I explained to her what was going on and she just gave the phone to her manager I get on the phone with the manager who is a woman! And she lets me go on about whats going on when I get almost finished she cuts me off and she tells me I have to pay a late fee. I dont mind paying a lite fee all I called about was making sure my box does not get closed! And she was yelling at me cutting me off saying that its just like paying rent if your late there is a late fee. I explained to her that I do not care about the late fee I was calling to find out if my box would get closed I didnt know about the late fee and its not a problem to pay it! I just dont want my box closed when I work the time that their office is open! She told me I need to send someone else to pay it the only problem is I live over in ky with no one so I dont have people who can just go pay it! So Im looking to get in contact with her boss frank to explain how she handled the situation is was wrong and she need to fix how she talks to people!

I am writing this review because this is the last day I am living in Florence Kentucky. So I usually use the Post Office off of Frogtown Road off of U.S. 42 to mail packages or go into the post office for stamps because I am on the Union/Florence line but im not exactly close to my actual areas post office. Any time I go into Unions post office I am greeted with a warm welcome and am always happy when I leave. Yet I do not get that from the Florence post office or even close. I called Florence today to inquire about a package being picked up because I leave for the airport in 4 hours and would not be there for delivery time. They kind of rudely told me and said it 2 times in a row, the 2nd time pretty angrilly, that I need to make sure its my name on the package and that I have an accurate ID. I completely understood them the first time and just decided from their response alone I would have a friend pick up my package that day and mail it to my new address. I told them that and the lady (Candy?) was just like "ok" and in mid sentence of me saying thank you for helping me she hung up on me. I have seen some bad post offices but if you hate your job that much then just quit so you dont piss off other customers and ruin your post offices business.

What a horrible place for customer service. The uniformed blond haired lady was just nasty. I cannot believe with the decline in USPS that a place would be so rude. I have had numerous mail carriers thank me for using USPS for my small business to keep them going. After my experience at this mail office I am switching to UPS. I had a package that was incorrectly boxed and the snotty tone with the condescending directions on how to fix it was enough. She even took the timeout of her day (and to hold up the line) to call another post office to warn them that I was going to try to ship it like that through them (which I didnt). So thank you, for your wonderful, endearing customer service. You have lost a long time customer.

My grandpa kept a box here since 1984 and I took over the box in 2009. I like the convenience and safety of a PO Box, but best thing about this location are the people (especially Bernie & Dave). This place has a small-town feel even though its located in the heart of Florence. These guys know me and my family and are always kind. Ill let you in on another secret: if you mail a letter or package out from this location it gets there faster than if you mail it from any other location. Im not kidding - Ive tested this out several times. I will drive from Walton or even Cincinnati just to get my mail out quicker in a pinch. I also get my stamps here for my growing stamp collection. Its fun!

I sell and ship with USPS, shipping blu-ray movies. Of recent, I have had six products damaged because of no regard for small items. I complained yesterday and AGAIN today I have a report of another damaged item! UPS is a new choice for shippers with $50.00 insurance FREE. Very dissatisfied. For a year things have gone fine, but not anymore. In a months time, I have lost $120.00 in refunds for damaged items. It is shameful and reflects on me as a seller. Items are in protected bubble, firm shipping envelopes. I also just learned yesterday Priority Mail does NOT have a guarantee although it states it does. Heads up shippers.
