I got home from work at 3pm and all day my package tracking said it was out for delivery. I waited at home and even got the junk mail from the box, to find no notice or package. The tracking still said out for delivery after 5pm and I was able to watch the mail Jeep deliver the other side of my road at 4:30pm. Suddenly, an hour later my tracking says notice left (no authorized recipient available). Ive been here and no knock on the door. I suppose the lazy delivery person left a notice in my empty mailbox, after driving my side again? *Update: its 10pm and there is no notice on my door or my mailbox! Thanks for delivering my urgent package to me - Im glad I get home early enough for you to treat another customer this way. Im not sure how Ill get my package if it cant be delivered with me here. I guess I should have known better and just picked it up in Texas. No wonder the USPS is going out of business and other carriers that actually deliver packages are taking it away.

Updated 6/17/17: Just delivered my mail to my mailbox but put my package on the porch of an empty house. WTH. This is the second time this has happened. If it wasnt for the notification from Amazon that it had been delivered we wouldve never known. At least it was in the same neighborhood this time. Original post: I only get mail about once a week. We park where our landlord told us to which sometimes blocks the mail box. The new delivery guy doesnt like to get out of the vehicle. He throws the mail on the dash and drives off even when he sees us coming down the stairs to get it. My daughter was getting out of her car one day and asked if we had mail... he threw it on the dash, said we couldnt have it very rudely and drove off. Hate to see what hes going to do when it snows and he cant get to any of the mail boxes in our cul-de-sac. Called to talk to a supervisor about it and they just hung up on me.

This post office is the absolute worst. Since December 2016 Ive had packages delivered to the wrong address, water logged, damaged. Ive had tax return money put in wrong box it got returned. My sons birthday card was hand delivered by a neighbor which got put in their box. I bought a money order to pay a bill at the location and mailed it that day 4/28 and its lost, never was received! They told me I have to wait 2 months! Finally, I am missing and did not receive my credit cards but... got my statement! Im telling ya. Words cant express the aggravation and frustration this post office has caused! Post master has been told and each time he says hell handle it! Right... Avoid this location! Not reliable at all!

This post office is the absolute WORST! They have lost my mail, sent my mail back to the originated sender, been very rude, and have not complied with anything I say. Thanks to the staff, I was denied and lost my Insurance card because they sent it back without even sending it to my address. Packages also have been delayed, and when I try to retrieve them myself I get nothing but "Your package is with the carrier, so please move aside." I have tried to call someone over them several times, and I never get through. Shocker, right? Good luck to anyone moving to this area.

Absolute worse! They keep delivering my mail to the house on the next street over (different street, same house number). I have now lost a very important package due to their negligence. When I addressed this issue with the post office manager (Joel Hall), he basically told me I was on my own, but that we would look into it. He did admit this was their fault YET AGAIN!.... Im sorry, but this is totally unacceptable! It is YOUR JOB to make sure that mail gets delivered to the correct address. Is it not?

All my Christmas cards and 2 bills never made it to their destinations. So now I have to pay late fees and double payments on bills that I did mail out on time. I feel so bad about my cards because it was the first time I mailed out cards in three years good thing I was smart enough not to put gift cards or money in them! I am so upset at our mail system here. If you cant trust the mail people who can you trust!

Couldnt agree more with the 1 star ratings. Place is trash. Guy wont deliver here half the time cause my car is parked 2 feet from mail box but i have no other options. Currently missing a package i ordered no one seems to know where it is. These guys are morons but they are union and cant get fired so it is what it is I guess, but go for ups or fedex if you want better service it seems

Every time theres a package, the mailmax walks near the porch, THROWS the package, and leaves. I have seen him do this to neighbors as well. I have 15 videos of this and counting! I contacted he post office after he THREW a box with my brand new camera, the box was dented, as well as the camera box. I have picture proof and a video of him throwing the box. The post office doesnt care

Every person to person letter I was meant to receive and/or sent out in the past two months never reaches their destination. This never happened until recently, am very suspicious of our mailing system! When i called the local office to inquire they never even asked my address and told me to call Lexington.

Pitiful! Ive had packages out for delivery, then return to the post office day after day! That makes no sense! Put it on the truck, take it to my house, how hard is that?!? I ask them to hold it so I can get it myself, and it still gets loaded for delivery yet doesnt actually get delivery!

Try to avoid answering calls by placing you on hold for forever or just neglecting a call from your number. When there is a aunt on their side they simply hide from you hoping the problem disappeares. No wonder they need bailout after bailout trashy ass service. And overpaid employees.

The worst service ever! Ive lived at my address for sevens years & my mail keeps getting returned. I go into the post office to ask to speak with a manager and then I was told he was too busy! Seriously! How would they like it if they werent getting their mail!!!! Im so fed up!

Lost a check I was anticipating. I called to inquire about where the check might be and how can we track it. The clerk had no answers. The USPS in Georgetown is the absolute worst! I see why the postal service gets their bad rap. Thank you UPS and Fed Ex.

Post office wasnt due to close till 12. I kept getting hung up on where someone answered. Then I call back a 4th time and no one would answer. Not very happy with the postal service at all. Customer service has gone down hill.
