Not happy. In the 15 years weve been having our mail delivered, we have rarely gotten our mail later than 1 pm. Now all of a sudden we have a new carrier and our mail is arriving between 3:45 and 4 pm. Just because there is a new carrier is no reason to change up when the mail arrives. Plus, Ive watched the carrier take more than one break right here in the subdivision. NOT happy....NOT HAPPY AT ALL!!!

I wish I could put 0 stars!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I was victim of a scam and the manager Jeremy refused to help me by refunding my shipment charge. He mentioned, "its not my problem". Lets just say that entire office believes in white supremacy. If that doesnt bother you, then RocKKKmart post office is your oasis.

I see nothing wrong with this place. I get my mail whenever they say I get it. Thats how it is. The whole rockkkmart, really? Just grow up. Get over it and dont play the race card. The post office is a really helpful place and will pack your package for you.

Called today and spoke to a gentleman about resolving my shipment that accidentally got sent to the wrong town. He was very quick to resolve my issue and ease my worries. Great service
