i had a package sent and it still states out for delivery, and has been since the 31st of December, however when i call they tell me that the package was there and must have been delivered, however seems to me the status would change from out for delivery to delivered, the post office stole my grandson Christmas present i will never send anything to this post office again, and i will be getting an investigation going on about this, because i was told if there is no insurance they just leave the product, if it was just left then it should say delivered!!!HOW CRUEL to have your employees steal from children.

The place is the worst went in to pick up my mail because I had something important being delivered and I didnt want it sitting in my mail box. I go when they open and all they bring me is a cataolog and they tell me I have to come back in 1hr because they havent sorted it yet. I said well can you find it because its important she told me no I would have to come back in a hour because she didnt have time to look for it. REALLY I mean come on

I like how quaint and convenient this post office is. I have been using it for over 14 years. I have a P.O. box with them. I can get in and out rather quickly on most days. Sometimes an hour before closing can be a bit congested. The workers are helpful and their supplies are well stocked. I have had minimal delivery hiccups. Most of my items get to their destination or delivered to my home or p.o. box in a timely fashion.

I live in the Palisades subdivision off 278 I order a lot of products online and the one thing I have noticed it if its UPS or FedEx I get my packages left on my porch with no problem if the postal service is delivering it from this particular post office they always claim they deliver it yet I cant find my package anywhere ..this is twice in one month I am beyond angry and its always missing on a weekend

This is the worst post office i have ever had to deal with. I have lived in my house for a month and half, and this post office has lost or misplaced 6 packages that i have bought online, and when you can finally get past their busy tone on phone, they tell you that they will investigate and call you back. Guess what! They dont call you back. This is by far the worst post office in GA.

I love this post office. They are always so professional and friendly. The wait times are really good for them to be so busy. Its also always clean and presentable. However, the only bad thing about this location is their phone line is always busy or they never answer the phone when it do ring, so you may have to waste gas just to get a question answered.

I get mail once or twice a week all of it. We watch them drive by daily. Not just us many people at a time. Packages are sent on a separate truck right behind the mail truck. Or they get crushed to fit in the mail box no matter if its sensitive stuff or not. USPS if you need help hire some people dont cut corners.

My package was due to my house in Hiram on June 12, 2017. Got email that it went to Dallas first, then went BACK to Atlanta. New delivery date was June 14. Today is June 15. No package. This is not the way to run a business....but probably just fine with the government.

USPS loses your package...your SOL. Seller gets his money, USPS get theyre money, customer is supposed to take their word that the package was delivered because it showed the package at your address on GPS. Pretty good scam...the carrier is in front of my house everyday!

Lazy ass carrier didnt deliver an important package. Claimed on the tracking they couldnt access the front door. Theres no gate or fence its like 20 yards from the mail box to the front door. They just didnt deliver my mail. Lazy
