Absolutely horrible service! I had a package that was guaranteed delivery for yesterday. The tracking tool says it was delivered in my mailbox. It was not. I called USPS customer service and waited on hold for almost an hour. Finally, I was told that the package was still at the local post office but for some reason it was scanned as delivered. They notified the post office of the issue. Later, I got a call from the post office and now they are saying that my package was delivered and its not at the post office. THE PACKAGE WAS NOT IN MY MAILBOX SO WHERE IS IT?! I dont have money to waste for people to be careless with my packages. No one knows where it is! This is ridiculous!

I went in today with a question about a problem I was having and was waited on by a lady named Elizabeth. How this woman ever landed a position up front working with the public is beyond me! Her personality was awful, and she was not helpful at ALL! I got the impression that she hated her job,the world, herself, and me!! Im serious.... you definitely dont want this woman waiting on you if you can help it!! #BadExperience

These people dont know how to deliver a package correctly. Supposidly a "notice" was left at my door because they tried to deliver a package. Nothing was on my front door or in my mailbox. I figured it was because I had to sign for it but I got the package the next day and they just stuck it in the mailbox. I mean I got my package but it was made more difficult than it needed to be.

Horrible service. Hours say open till 5 but will not answer phone within last 20 minutes. Delivery drivers are horrible and dont knock on the door or even attempt to see if customer is home if at all possible.

They NEVER answer the phone. And some of them straight lie to you face. Ive been waiting on fowarded mail for over a freaking month!!! They suck
