Unfortunately it seems that they cannot confidently leave packages at the correct address. Id say thats a pretty important part of the job description. They left a note telling me to call them and when I did, they claimed they delivered someone elses package to me. I never got anything. They act like they dont believe me and now Ive got a neighbor knocking on my door asking for her package. I dont know how I got caught up in a mess like this, all I do is live here! I am afraid the same thing could happen to my packages so Im going to see if I can pick them up at the post office in the future.

I came to the counter w a random envelope i found in the store and asked for help! The man at the counter was extremely helpful suggesting a flat rate priority envelope! Saved me $ and was pleasant to my toddler! Great customer service! And the shop was minutes from closing and he seemed as if hed just started! Thank you for caring and for your outstanding service.
