Vey VERY rude employees! They act like we are a stupid bother to them. I have had several issues with package envelopes and small packages being sent incorrectly. Employees seem to know less about sending packages than I do. (Sad, because I do not know much) I have had to correct them several times after learning my lesson from their mistakes! I REFUSE TO GO THERE ANYMORE! I now take my pakages to Headland. They are amazing there and treat people with respect. The Dothan Post office is in some desperate need of some training from the Headland Post Office! I hope they all read this, and that someone important takes notice to all of our "wish there was an option for less than one star" worthy comments!

Absolutely horrible. I was astonished by the lack of courtesy and professionalism displayed by the front counter worker. Philips manners and work ethic were that of an untrained Simian Troglodyte. Thats actually an insult to Monkeys around the World. Philip should not be allowed to interact with the public...he is quite possibly the first contact that newly arriving residents and businessman come in contact with. I would and am seriously reconsidering living and doing business somewhere other than Dothan. He should be fired. Rolling your eyes and wagging your head when a patron asks for assitance is totally unacceptable behavior.

Carrier refuses to deliver mail. Been 1 month since any mail in my box. Set change of address date ahead by a week and still package was never delivered to me, stating the box was vacant. Carrier holds my mail, throws it away, keeps it, IDK. Refuses to follow directions and swears it puts the mail in my box, but Im the only one with a key. Yet....nothing in the box. It is unionized and cannot be moved to another route nor fired.

The employees were very rude and service was horrible. They wanted to do the bare minimum and did not act like they had been trained. I left because of how rude one employee was to me and went to the other post office. I would not have sent anything through the USPS if my postage had not already been paid for by Amazon. I would not recommend shipping anything through this post office.

Employee with weird since of humor. Asked about purchasing the star trek stamps that were released Sept . 2 (today is sept 12) and told me the stamp man on vacation so they cant bring them out for sale until he comes back. All the while saying this giving me the vulcan hand salute. Not acceptable customer service.

Dont know the name of the black man that I dealt with, but he doesnt need to deal with the public. He needs to work in the back! When he was coming to the front to start helping, I noticed he was moving at a snails pace and acted like he would rather be anywhere but there. Very rude

I guess the only way you will get your mail is when the postman feels like delivering it. Apparently he cant be bothered with delivering everyones mail, just one or two on my street. Good luck trying to call them, they dont answer their phone during business hours either.

Horrible!! I had to pay $25 to have my mailbox rekeyed. $25. Seriously?!? I called to ask when they where coming out and the lady very rudely said he has other work to do. He will get there when he gets there. So, i have to waste an entire day waiting for these jerks

Ill never understand Government employees that are rude for no reason. I hate to go to the post office because of this and they never fail to prove me wrong. Management should get on top of this. The man who waited on me was as helpful as a rock. Shameful!

Dont answer their phones their mail carriers randomly skip routes and say delivery failed when no mail carrier even ran that route that day. Another fine example of people overpaid to underperform.
