I needed to get a passport renewal today and I knew I needed to give myself plenty of time because I knew it would probably take a bit. However, while I was waiting in line, the workers were ridiculously chatty with the people that they were helping and not really in much of a hurry to help the other people in line, which was frustrating. I understand wanting to provide good customer service, but at one point they were just making small talk that had nothing to do with passports or mail services and there were several people waiting in line to be helped. I waited in line for about an hour or so, and when it was finally my turn they told me that they couldnt renew my passport because their camera had broken down and that I would have to leave and get my passport photo elsewhere and then come back and wait in line again. I was not rude to the workers, but I decided that I would not be back.

The worst experience Ive had with any "professional" company in my life. Im not going to carry on berating this post office, but i am going to stick to the facts. This post office has the worst costumer service possible. When you try to call- no matter the time or date- you will receive an automatic voice stating that "All the circuits are busy." This knocks over-the-phone communication off the table. When you attempt to show up in person, the address is labeled incorrectly. My item was lost and most importantly never found. The worst part of the whole experience was not the loss of the item, but rather the arduously calling and trying to connect with the post office that ensued for days upon days. I sincerely feel bad for those who are forced to use this post office and rely on their competency- or lack there of.

Worst experience ever. When they saw a for rent sign in my yard at the beginning of the summer, they discontinued service to our house. At first they were holding it, after we picked up that batch and confirmed that we were still living in the same location, they labeled our mail as return to sender. It is impossible to call the office, now it is just a constant busy signal. We went to the office three times over the course of a couple months, and when it came time to move, we still had not gotten any of our mail. I have been waiting on a check from my mother for over a month now. I still have to schedule time to drive back to see if they are holding that very valuable letter from my mother.

I first gave them only 1 star, for losing a package (a Christmas present for my daughter). However, the people at the post office, as well as the mail carrier, all went above and beyond to find out what happened and worked to rectify the issue in a very timely manner. The package was found (delivered to the wrong address) and promptly delivered to me (within the hour). I am very appreciative for what they did. I still had to deduct 1 star, though. Reading an address incorrectly is a pretty minor mistake, but it created a major inconvenience and in my humble opinion shouldnt have happened.

I rate "0" I live on East Dunn Avenue and I went into the Post Office today to complain about my check that was supposed to be delivered for my son from the Social Security Office on Friday. Here it is Monday and I still havent received the check. Baby is out of everything, rent is unpayed.. Seriously upset with the Post man and the office. They are very unprofessional. Their accuse was last weeks post man was on vacation and they have a substitute taking his place... And thats my fault? Yeah. If I find out my mail is being tampered with I will prosecute.

Terrible customer sevice, unfriendly mail carriers, and if you call them theyll never answer the phone...by far the most irritating people to deal with ever...the carriers lie, steal, and deliver packages to the wrong houses...I will never again trust them with ANYTHING of importance coming to my home...and if I could give a negative star review I would, but Im forced to select 1 star...pathetic is the only word to describe them

I wish I could give them 0 stars but it is not an option. They will never answer the phone, and when they do they are already upset someone has called. They wIll not take the time to find an apartment # and just write my packages as "undeliverable as addresses" when after 4 shipments they still remain undeliverable. This place is pathetic, and they waste the time of anyone trying to ship or receive items.

Received a package from Amazon. They emailed me the package was delivered and in my mailbox. It wasnt in my mailbox but outside my mailbox. Anyone could have taken it. It should have been up by my door. I guess my mail person was to lazy to get out of their thruck. This is no surprise to me.

The postman or woman wont stop to pick up mail in less that have mail to drop off. Pure lazy make 12 to ??? An hour and still wont do their job but want more money and time off. Put a homeless person to work they would do better

Ordered a hard to get item and they left the package in torrenting rain instead of leaving a "missed you" note. Would much rather drive to the post office to pick up an intact box instead of fumbling with a soggy mushy box.

This is the main Post Office location in Muncie, conveniently located on Memorial Drive (12th Street), just west of Liberty Street. Ive always received good service at this branch.

This is the right address but the marker is in the wrong place. Its actually on the south of the street and across the train tracks. The building is poorly labeled, but its there.
