Our (my wife and I) original contact with Mr Renfro was to look at a loaded used 2014 Lincoln MKZ with 8k miles. After deciding against this vehicle we chose a 2015 Lincoln MKX primarily due to the ease of getting into and out of the vehicle. We were trading a Cadillac and were having difficulty getting into and out of it due to its compactness and wanted something with more room. We had done some research on pricing and when Mr Refro asked what our bottom line was. We gave it to him and it was met. Deal sealed that quickly. In retrospect we probably should have given a lower bottom line. We had looked at the MKX at another dealer. In fact after the deal closing, that vehicle was the very one we got. After we took possession of the vehicle the next day, we accidentally scratched the right front fender. When we took it back for the surface protection package installation we were assisted by another salesman (Bob Vonhatten) who voluntarily helped us since Bud Renfro was off work that day, Bob was also most helpful even though it was not his sale. Crossroads buffed the scratches out at no charge. Cannot even tell it was scratched in the first place. There were no high pressure selling tactics by any Crossroads personnel. Even sat down with the General Sales Manager (Mike Thompson) to discuss financing and also met the Co-Owner (Harry Kirch). At what other dealer do you meet the bosses? Over all we had a very pleasant experience. We would highly recommend Crossroads

I had my first experience buying a brand new car here at Crossroads. Bud Renfro was more than accommodating. He was great to work with and was very family friendly. I brought my daughters with when I went and my youngest thought he was great. He got her a HUGE balloon and everything. He was willing to show me ANY car that I wanted and take them for a test drive even though it was snowing out and only an hour from closing time. He stayed an hour and half past closing to help me get the car that I wanted. I was not pressured into any aspect of the sale and was able to look without being hounded. Bud called only a couple of times after my initial visit to see if he could help with anything and when we were ready he was more than willing to do whatever he could to make this experience pleasant and memorable. I drove home in my brand new fully loaded Ford Taurus. I was so glad that I was able to work with a great guy like Bud and get the safest and best car for me and my family. I will DEFINITELY be back in the future.

I brought my 14 year old F-150 in for an oil change because it was almost as cheap as buying the oil and filter and doing the work myself. They treated me the same as if I had just bought a new vehicle from them, including offering to give me ride somewhere instead of waiting for the work to be done (I had brought the truck in without an appointment and they were just going to work it in sometime that day). They did the oil change, topped off the washer fluid, and checked the whole vehicle to let me know about potential issues in the future. Ive owned this truck since 2003, and very little has gone wrong with it, but the few times Ive brought it in for repairs they were able to immediately diagnose the problem and fixed it the right way for a reasonable price. They have a great service department.

We were traveling long distance and were forced to stop just down the road from these guys when my car developed some unusual behavior following the check engine light coming on. Ashleigh was expeditious in getting us in straight away and the entire staff treated us well ensuring we were safe and comfortable while the car was being checked out. Not only did they define the problem (my transmission manifold), but they fixed it and washed off my car, too! These guys are great and I cant thank them all enough for making the remainder of my trip safe and secure. Thanks Crossroads Ford Lincoln!!

I have worked with Bud over the past 6 years. Awesome salesperson and individual. The relationship at Crossroads does not stop at the sale it continues through the ownership of the vehicle. The service department in my opinion has had a 100% turn around in the past 10 years. I would not go anywhere else to buy a car! Just bought a car for my wife this month and the experience was awesome. Gary was great in assisting with an extended warranty. Excellent dealership. Keep up the good work!

Great service department. The mechanics are top notch and honest. Marty and Derrick are awesome mechanics and I know they have other great mechanics there too. I have taken our cars there for 25 years. Sales department varies, I have experienced good and bad when buying cars there. It all depends on the salesman and manager at the time. Overall I have been happy with two purchases there and dissatisfied with he salesman on one purchase. I am glad that guy isnt there anymore.

I had an elec problem in my motor home while visiting our kids, we were ready to leave... dead... I called several places since Im not usually a fan of dealer service, called ford last. They were busy but got me in and worked on my MH for 3 hours. The service man was very knowledgeable and found the problem, did not have the part (12 year old MH) had it delivered and had menace on the road in 3 hours. I cant say enough about the service dept and mechanic they were great.

2016 ... Ive had Fords serviced here on and off for decades. Bought used Fords from them as well. If you find a car you like their prices are sometimes the lowest anywhere. However, Ive had the service managers (long ago) lie to me face-to-tace and was treated SO rudely by the top sales staff that they should all be let go. Its a shame that people like this gravitate to auto dealerships. So buy the car there and get it worked on at Paul Miller in Lex.

The best service Ive received from any dealer in over 30 years of owning a car. Ive had my Ford Fusion in for warranty service twice since owning it. Both times it was finished BEFORE the time it was promised. The service department answered questions honestly, kept me up to date on when ordered parts were going to arrive, and overall made having a car worked on about as smooth as something like that can possibly go.

I called crossroads ford after having taken my truck for them to fix for a non start issue and asked what their shop rates were. I was told for desiels it was $108 an hour even by their own calculations it was only 10 hours labor which was a total of$1080, I was charged $2005.51 for labor and they didnt even fix the problem. I would NOT recomend this service department for nothing

Chris and Nathan take good care of me and my car needs. I am greeted warmly and treated fairly. My car is always fixed according to our agreed upon plan, and Im informed of other recommended services but not pressured to buy. If theres ever a problem, they more than make up for the extra time. I highly recommend Crossroads service department to anyone.
