It saddens me to have to write this bad review. I moved to Cincinnati a little over 3 years ago and was delighted to find a semi-local service station with great service, great techs....just great everything. Michel Tires Plus was the only place Id ever found that could actually FIX my car where all other service providers failed. But things have changed in the past few years... The past three times Ive gone to Michel Tires Plus in Florence, Ive walked away upset or disappointed. I just walked away today for the third and last time because after having left it there for over 24 hours and being told what time I could pick it up, no one at the shop bothered to start working on my car until I showed up to pick it up. It was utterly frustrating to have to sit and wait for more than an hour for someone to start working on my car, and I even had to cancel another appointment elsewhere because my vehicle was not ready. To add insult to injury, the cost of the repair was almost $100 MORE than I was quoted on the phone. The manager, Joel, apologized for the misquote and claimed the employee who quoted the price was new and forgot to add taxes into the quote. $100 worth of taxes?! What actually happened was that there was a very pricey diagnostic added to my services without my prior knowledge or consent. Joel was kind enough to take $30 off of that, and explained that the supposedly new employee should have explained things to me clearly beforehand. While I agree with his assessment of the situation, it didnt change the fact that I had to cough up almost $100 MORE THAN I EXPECTED...after waiting almost two hours for a car that should have been ready when I arrived at 3pm. It appears as if there are a lot of new employees at this location, and its becoming more of a hassle to deal with the quirks associated with rapid turnover than its worth. For the distance, the time, and now the money, I honestly think Im going to have to take a break from this Michel Tires Plus.

Scheduled an appointment online to get tires. The website/confirmation email stated they would contact me if there were any issues with my quote. The next morning, I get an email stating my appointment is confirmed. I show up for my appointment, and they do not have the tires chosen and instead quote me for different tires that end up being hundreds more. Never attempted to contact me other than the email confirming my origional quote. When I asked about this, they then claimed they tried to call, which they did not. Bait N Switch. Ill go elsewhere.

i took my truck in for an alignment and the guy their came out and tryed to sell me a fuel injection cleaning with my alignment to which i laughed at then to top it off when i left the truck still pulled then they had the nerve to tell me my tires that i just purchased from them 6 months earlier were causing it but there was no warranty for that type of problem so i took it to carx right up the street from them they had me in and out for the alignment without replacing tires and fixing my pull at the same time i will never go back

This place is a rip off, I went in for new tires and they did an inspection that I did not ask for and ripped out my parking brake line and said it "broke". He also broke one of my studs that holds on the tire. He broke that too. They are made of metal and it wasnt even rusted. Tried to get me to pay $100 for new lugnuts and studs. I can say I will never bring my business back here again, and will recommend people not to go here as well. This is place is awful.

Worked me in morning without an appt for what I thought would be a quick tire plug. Unfortunately was unable to be plugged but they worked quickly to get a tire from anthor locaton and then made the pricing most advantageous in my favor because I had just bought 4 new tires 10 mos prior (but did not buy the road hazard protection at that time). Great service!! I will be back when folks work as diligently as these guys did to get me back on the road

We had 4 new tires put on our 2009 cobalt today. Along with a alignment, and a oil change! The guys gave us a great package deal, and were absolutely fantastic!!! You have defiantly earned customers for life!!! GREAT PRICES, WONDERFUL STAFF, REASONABLE WAIT TIME!!! Thanks so much!!

We are over their picking up and dropping off customers all the time. All customers seem to be very satisfied, and Michel tires is always very busy. So they must be doing something right !! Go in and see Joel or Bobby and tell them BMC Auto Rental told you !!!

I got quotes from four different tire places. They all included and alignment. Tires Plus was competitively priced but closer so I went there. I did not get the alignment. they said it would cost extra after the fact.

They was suppose to have my truck done tuesday but had to keeo it..and i had doctors appt wed 230 well ..joel paid for me a cab to get my truck i thought that was out of this world ...there the best

Employees were amazing, major mechanical issue halfway through a 500 mile drive home on a Sunday, they squeezed us in and had us back on the road in less than 2 hours for a more than fair price!!
