I wouldnt recommend them. They’re dishonest, don’t engage you in consultations but instead keep you sitting waiting and at the end would make you pay for something they claim they’d done without proof and despite there being any real final desired outcome. Having found them on Google Map and seeing a rating of over 4 points from 5 reviewers at the time, I decided to pay them a visit. During the first visit I didnt have an issue of considerable significance although they’d replaced a couple of parts I didnt tell them to do. However, the second visit was quite very disappointing. I wanted two kinds of work done - replacing of both rear wheel shock absorbers and wheel alignment adjustment. Ive no comments on shock replacement as it seems that was done fine as its an easy job and haven’t noticed any issues related to that so far but, regarding wheel alignment that was very disappointing. I was made to pay the full payment for a wheel alignment job when both of the wheels that were out of alignment were not adjusted to within acceptable ranges. They claim that they had worked some stuff to bring them to a better state than they were originally. At the end during payment of bill, they said toes were adjusted and the camber angle of one of the rear wheels was brought to certain angle that results in the best state in consideration of toe angles and then they added that the out of specification angle readings of two wheels can be adjusted with use of camber kits. First of all, they failed to update me with “before” wheel alignment readings and their recommendations and my decision on how to go about it before they work on it anything. Mark, who said he was the manager of the shop said they did that but that’s absolutely not true - very astounding and right there, one facet of what these guys really are ! They only gave me an “after measurements” printout during bill payment and when I asked them for the “before measurement” they couldn’t produce it. When someone comes in to an auto shop for wheel alignment, it could be completed without having to consult with the customer if there are in fact out of alignment readings and that they all can be adjusted to within factory recommendation reading ranges without replacing any parts and use of any kinds of kits. However, if there are issues and that either parts replacements are needed or some kits are required customers should be told so and take orders on how to proceed. I wouldn’t have wanted them to do something to bring the condition of the alignment from bad to better without having to bring all alignment readings within factory acceptable ranges. Secondly, they don’t have any evidence to show that they really have done something to bring the condition of the alignment from bad to better without “before measurements” printout and as far as I’m concerned, they’ve worked nothing on the wheel alignments and I should have been charged only for alignment readings and checking, according to auto repair industry, which is about half the price if they would have to work on components to make adjustments as well. During payment of the bill, I objected to Mark having to pay fully for alignment work for the simple reason that two wheels are still out of acceptable specification ranges but Mark went into an impressive general technical lecture and adamantly claiming about what they’ve done however, still, for me to have to pay the full alignment work was unpalatable. I called another day wanting to talk to the owner of the shop but Mark came to the phone saying the owner wasn’t in. I asked for the owner to contact me but haven’t been reached out to yet. Amount of money I lost isnt that significant but it could have been quite a lot if another work with pricey labor had been involved. It’s Ok, lesson learned – I’ll be very structured in interacting with auto shops in the future, like, “I need alignment check and advise”; "Are you gonna fix it so that all alignment settings are within manufacturers specifications"; etc...

The customer service was horrible, with the exception of the lady at the front desk! (Very Helpful) No one spoke to me expect for her. I sat near the guy who was working on my car and he didnt say one word! Another older guy stood behind me (uncomfortable feeling) majority of the time and have chosen not to speak as well. So company I bought my car from was running a special, pay a few months off in advance and get a free oil change. This was one of the free oil change locations,There was too much confusion as far as a validation. I had to wait about an half hour to make sure they could use synthetic oil. After validation, no one apologized about the confusion except for the lady in the front, and the guy working on my car (sitting next to me watching tv) did not hand me my keys or tell me anything about my car. He was no where to be found, and it only took about 10 mins to do the job! Which has me super nervous! EVERYTIME I get an oil change , the fill fluid, vacuum out the car... SOMETHING! I have no idea what they did and did not do to my car or which brand of oil, a receipt NOTHING!!!! I will NEVER RECCOMEND this place

I have been taking my 98 Taurus here for over 4 years. I have received nothing but kind and helpful service. I even drive out from Midtown just to use their location. Don is always willing to explain the difference between what needs to be done and what others will simply tell you should be done. This establishment will not only keep your car running as long as youre willing to keep it up, but it will save you money and hassle. They will search out salvaged parts instead of new ones, if you desire to save a few bucks, and they will do several checks for free. I am forever grateful that I was recommended Enterprise, and I will continue to recommend them to anyone else looking for an honest, hard-working mechanic.

Have been using Don and his team at Enterprise Auto repair in Marietta for more than 10 years. The entire team is extremely knowledgeable and go the extra mile to meet and EXCEED your expectations. I will never use a Dealership for service again. They service both my cars and my truck. I have taken two neighbors to Don and now they use Enterprise exclusively. Give them the chance to quote on your next repair. You will be very pleased with the price and the work. I cant enough good about Enterprise. T. Smouse, March 2014

Ive taken our familys vehicles to these guys for several years now and have never been disappointed. They perform the work in a timely manner, are very reasonably priced, and never talk down to you for not knowing the inner workings of your vehicle. Honest, fair service is all you really want, right? Thats exactly what youll get here. Its rare to give 5 stars for any review, but Im sure more rare for an auto repair shop. These folks earn every star! Definitely give them a call before you try anyone else.

These guys are fair and honest. I took my car in because I was having battery issues. They checked it and looked at it over night and figured it was more just a bad battery than an electrical. They gave me a lot of help and didnt take any money for. I even called back when the dealer said I had another issue to see if they could fix it cheaper, but they said Id probably be better off with the dealer for the issue I had. Overall, you cant beat a far and honest mechanic.
