I did not have a good experience doing business with this store. I chose to use their services because they accepted the Firestone/Bridgestone credit card. I had asked them to figure out why my car was not starting and let me know, then I would approve them going ahead and doing it. At first, they diagnosed my non-starting car with a bad O2 sensor, and I also asked them to give me a tune-up. These two rather simple things ended up costing me just short of $800. When I came to pick up my car (2 full days after Id had it towed there) it was pulled around, I drove it home, and I didnt try to go anywhere until the next morning. When I got in my car, it wouldnt start; that same afternoon I called and explained that my car still wasnt starting. The associate asked if I had a towing plan (roadside assistance) which I do, so I sent my car back. It was another 24 hours before I would hear from Firestone again, and the had the balls to ask me to pay $400+ for a bad fuel pump. I explained to the sales associate that I had given them my car with the express intention of them fixing whatever they had to in order to get my car starting and that I didnt feel that paying another cent was my responsibility. The associate then attempted to blame me for my fuel pump going out: he counter-explained that when they told me the O2 sensor went out that there were also codes from the computer that came up for the fuel pump (these codes went away; only the O2 sensor code stayed). The associate had nothing to work with as far as that went, because they had told me that the fuel pump code was a "soft code" and did not need to be taken care of right then (this was all during the first time they had my car). I also checked my invoice, and there was no indicated "declined work" for a fuel pump. I was able to finally convince Firestone employees to just fix my fuel pump for free, which is their only redeeming action. But its not enough. I refuse to do any business with this location anymore as I feel they are swindlers. They also kept pushing new tires on me every chance they had.

I do not do reviews often but I want to warn others so that you will not have to go through what my wife and I have. It took 3 trips and losing my cool to get an apology and my brakes to work correctly. Issue 1. get vehicle back after full brake job with no emergency brake. Issue 2. get told by "Doug" you dont need and emergency brake but they will adjust it. Issue 3. get nothing but attitude from Doug and truck isnt fixed until I lose my cool, after losing my cool finally get poor customer service instead of non existent customer service. Truck "seems" to be fixed---we shall see if it stays that way. Manager Doug has zero respect and zero people skills, he insulted my wife to the point that she would not go back unless I was with her. My one, only and LAST experience with Doug is "what a jerk" he is a disrespectful, arrogant, angry little man. With millions unemployed Firestone needs to due some hiring. I told Doug and his boss that this is one of the times where a " Under New Management Banner" could only help. Dougs boss Bill was extremely professional and very apologetic but until Doug is replaced he represents Bill and the Firestone brand. Until Doug is removed from this store I highly recommend that you STAY AWAY! Who wants to go back 3 times for a simple issue just to be mistreated and talked down to?

I sent my 18 year old son to Firestone to get an oil change and rotation. This is his first time doing maintenance to his car. When he came home I noticed an additional charged for $19.99 for an inspection. I called and spoke to Doug for an explanation. He said that they actually charge more than that for a rotation so the service manager was actually "doing me a favor" by charging for the less expensive service. He also added that it was a good thing too since they discovered that the battery wasnt holding a charge. Please note that we did not request or authorize the additional services. And the battery, Firestone told my son that it was holding about 40% charge. We took the car to a local autoparts store, the battery was tested 3 times and found to be perfectly good. The autoparts store could have gone along with the original diagnosis and sold us a battery but they didnt. Says something

I bought tires from a different Firestone for my previous car. This Firestone location always serviced my vehicle when I had flat, needed an alignment, etc. They were always friendly. Wait time was standard as with other car places. I often didnt have to pay because of the tire warranty. Very friendly and polite. I just didnt like how they wouldnt perform an alignment at my request (after I offered to pay despite it being covered under warranty) because of a "rack and pinion" issue. I took my car to friend mechanic and he said the rack and pinion (I could be saying it wrong) was perfectly fine and wouldnt affect the alignment. Thats the only issue I had with this place. Customer service is great here.

I found a buyer for my car so we took it to firestone to have it looked out i already know everything about my truck the manager doug goes over the report with my buyer and says everything is needed to replaced on the car the mechanic who did the report corrected doug and said no everything doesnt need to be replaced but doug insisted and even flat out told my buyer not to buy my truck. i take very good care of my truck and have it checkout out frequently and have all the reports. This manager doug needs to be fired i saw everyone elses review and no one has any good things to say about him either. I am also a black male and he called me "brother" this guy is beyond rude.

Ladies beware! This store has gone down hill. I recommended for one of my relatives to go this store to get her car looked at because we had good service there before. She went there for one thing and they tried to get her to get a bunch of other work done by saying it was necessary...but it was all really optional work. Prior to leaving she had them check her A/C and they told her she needed to get the freon recharged for an very high price. We called another chain and theyre going to do the A/C work for 1/3 the price. The grease they left on the interior was free of charge though! I wont be going back and I wont be suggesting it to anyone in the future.

I dont recommend going to them for anything beyond a simple oil change. I went in for an oil change, and they found a bent/twisted axle arm in my suspension system. While Im grateful they noticed it and could help repair/correct it same day, I do not appreciate that our agreed price went from 750.00 (parts and labor and for the original oil change) to 849 and change when they slid an 87.00 warranty charge in. I was not informed AT ALL about warranties costing. Seems sneaky and dishonest to me. Id be careful if I were you.
