We have been with AAA for a long time and have our homeowners and car insurance with them. As other reviewers have noted, AAA has really gone downhill in the last few years and become VERY unreliable. Even though we have a perfect record, our car and homeowners insurance keeps going up between 100-400 dollars. When we ask our local agent why, he says insurance just went up. Anyway last year our local agent W. Goldey was supposed to cancel one homeowner insurance and activate another. He assured us that it would be taken care off. (We still have emails as proof). It turned out that he activated the new insurance but never canceled the old one and our mortgage company paid both resulting in our escrow payments increasing. Thank you AAA for your screw up. Our homeowners insurance and car insurance also went up again this year so I went to AAA several times to get a quote from our agent. Guess what, he is never there. Since I have work, my wife went in and finally got to see him after several attempts. He gave us a quote for a new home insurance policy and told once the old one expired, the new one would take effect. He assured us that the old policy this time would get cancelled. Mr Goldey also assured us he would inform our mortgage company about the new insurance policy. Well, guess what, he cancelled the old policy but never informed our mortgage company that the old policy was cancelled and never informed our mortgage company that there was a new policy. The mortgage company went and paid the bill on the canceled policy because they were not informed by Mr Goldey that the policy was canceled. Even though Mr Goldey had 2 1/2 months and assured us that he would take care of everything because of his mess up last year, he did not do it. To add insult to injury, since he did not inform the mortgage company that we have a new homeowners insurance policy, the mortgage company did not know they had to pay for the new policy. So, as of right now, we just found out today that we do not have any homeowners insurance because of Mr W. Goldeys MAJOR screw up. This is how much AAA cares about its loyal customers. We hope to talk to a AAA Regional Manager or CEO so that they can be made aware how poorly their local branch operates and rectify the situation asap. Shame on you AAA.

Quality isnt what it used to be. When I first came in to AAA for car insurance and rental insurance I was able to get great coverage for less than Liberty. My agent was great, until he got married. He stopped returning calls. I physically went to the office to get the car insurance straightened out. By the way, the insurance increases about $100 every year. Ive moved to the country, my insurance increased again. Oh, did I already mention Will Goldey is never in the office? 5/30/2017 went in again today to go over the car ins and yep, you guessed it, not there. I have no desire to talk to someone on the phone after going through an automated ordeal. I want local, affordable insurance. Today, a Karen B reluctantly helped me. I do not drive my car every day, no tickets, no accidents. I shouldnt be paying more for car ins. than my spouse who lives in California. Hopefully, I can find better insurance with a company who gives a rip. AAA just wants your money. Or in this case, my money.

I was an employee with this company @ this particular location. I even got promotion for a new position within 90 days, which was my probation period. Received bonus after bonus , I even would work overtime when asked. Once I put my two-weeks notice in I was "TERMINATED" with no reason why. The temporary service I work for has contacted the company time after time within a 2 week time frame. The HR team is constantly giving them the same exact answer "WE WILL GIVE YOU GUYS A CALL BACK IMMEDIATELY ONCE WHEN WE HAVE THAT INFORMATION". Has nothing to do with the service from the company, BUT THE MANAGEMENT IS AWFUL..

This is my 5th call in 3 days. You are the WORST possible AAA club in history. Member since 1997! Premium member now what a joke! 3 hrs on hold, hung up on, with a family member in car totalled. Just needed help. Ive had a car towed from Joshua Tree to Redondo Beach Ca, and I cant get mine towed after a crash from Bowling Green to a shop in Louisville??? Your club is a joke. Please transfer my premium membership and all it entails, and my loyalty since 1997 to a PROPER one! Airbags are out CLUB! The car, It was totalled! And you cant tow it without "auto shop" approval?

The ONLY reason Im giving two stars is because every time I called AAA the customer service people (especially the insurance dept.) have been outstanding! However, their receptionist acts like she couldnthe give a damn whether youre helped or not! She repeatedly invalidated and dismissed anything I said like she is the ONLY one with ANY information about travel. Evidently, according to her attitude members know nothing and are unworthy of time or assistance. (I wish Id gotten her name, but she worked the front desk at 11:30 a.m. on Saturday June 25, 2016.)

Weve been trying to get a response from them for over a week. What type of agent doesnt respond to calls or emails. Its absolutely ridiculous that we are still dealing with this issue three weeks after the incident. Im so glad I didnt switch my insurance to AAA. This woman was clearly at fault, she rear ended me at a red light. Why is this taking so long to get an update so we can be made whole. The lack of concern and failure to respond is a bad look for AAA.

Went in to pick up some travel books, but they were very busy, so I went out to run another errand nearby, came back and had a wonderful experience receiving assistance from one of the great ladies who assembled a travel package of some travel books and a map!

I stopped in this morning to get some tickets for an upcoming trip. While the rockers took almost an hour to procure, the girl at the front desk was dedicated and apologetic. Once completed, she also gave me some good advice to use on my travels.

Im not an AAA member. But I stopped in here to pick up my international drivers license. This is a pretty cool place. They sell travel gear and luggage at good prices. The store is very clean and the staff is friendly.
