I would leave less than 1 star if possible. They have taken care of my wifes car along with my car for years. They have always been a little over priced but good service until now. I was in the market for a used car. That being said we had 2 different cars with an inspection done by them done before the purchase of a vehicle. The 1st car they said had all sorts of issues so we passed on it. The 2nd car we had inspected passed and they told us the car checked out. We bought the car with there inspection saying everything was OK. Now less than one thousand miles and a month later the transmission goes out. I have it towed to them to inspect the car to see what it needs. Turns out we need a new transmission. They quoted us a price of $5200 dollars which seemed very high. So I called around to get quotes from at least 10 different transmission shops. The prices came back between $2700-$3700 for replacement. I was also told that a common problem with my car was the very thing that has broken the transmission. I was also told by 3 different shops that if they had done a proper inspection they would have caught the problem before we purchased this vehicle. So I then go to pay them for the $79 fee to get my car released to send to another shop. I get all the transmission quote in writing for $5200. I then tell them that they will not be getting any of my business in the future. And they are way over priced. They told me that was the going rate. I then learned they dont actually replace transmissions they use AAMCO for there work. One of the quotes we received was from AAMCO and they were over $2000 cheaper than the quote from AAA. I get they need to also make a cut of the service but this is insane. I also told the service manger that I was told by a few of the shops we were getting quotes from they should have caught the problem if they did a inspection. The service manager told me they only check the dip stick..... Really ... why would I pay you to check the fluid levels in a pre-sales inspection my two kids are capable of that. Why do we pay you to check out a car and you not look at vital components of a car? The service manager and other person at the front counter were very uncomfortable being called out like that. With quotes in hand from other shops they knew they were backed into a corner. So summary of AAA they car fix your car if it is broken. You will pay through the nose to get it fixed, and they may not even be the ones fixing it. They are not even reasonably priced. If your car is in need of repair call around to other shops. They are much higher than other places, and after this I even question the quality of there work if they did not catch a massive issue on a inspection they are preforming.

Horrible. I usually take my cars to the dealership or to a place on Barrett for quick service, oil changes etc..., recently got my membership and stopped in to find out about their services. When I asked to make an appointment I was promptly told that they were booked for two weeks. He then seemed annoyed that I actually wanted to make an appointment. Funny enough, he got me in for less than a week later and said that there was a current coupon for the work I needed done which actually made it comparable (instead of more) than my usual place (which I was going to stop at that day but thought Id give them a try). Dropped it off the night before, got a call when it was ready, and then was charged over double what I had originally been quoted. To be honest, first and foremost, if Im bringing my business to you, I am doing YOU the favor. Second, if the scope of work goes beyond what was quoted, you call. Third, own it when your employees make a mistake. At the end of the day, I wont go back, wont recommend them, and was so annoyed by their handling of the entire experience from start to finish... writing a review. Which I NEVER do (unless it is really bad or really good).

The 1st couple of times I went to this shop my experience seemed pleasant. The repair cost was not as expensive as I thought it would be because their diagnostic test showed that my issue was minor. They could have easily charged me more but they didnt. I thought I finally had an honest mechanic. Nope! That was just their way of luring me in. After they built my trust they gradually starting sticking it to me. They told me that I needed A, B, & C and it would cost X number of $. It seemed a bit high so I decided to goto the dealer for a quote comparison. The dealer, who is notorious for being expensive, turned out to be less than half the price. The dealer recommended that I get A taken care, but said B & C were not necessary because they were in perfect working order. Sorry guys, you just lost a loyal customer for being dishonest. The AAA discount also a gimmick. 10% off an over inflated price is not a deal. I will let AAA tow my car if I ever need them to, but not for any other services you offer. You can keep your car care mechanics and your Life Insurance. I guess you should never goto a gardener for electrical work. Stay in your lane AAA

It was my second time to take my car in for oil change and had a few more things done. I thought they were great to work with and I was pleased. The second time they said I needed a new tire, it was wearing on one tire. They said that although they did not prefer the tire I had, it was better to have the same kind. I reminded them that they had just done a realignment so then they said the tire would be ok. I asked the price.....went to the place I got the first tire and saved $40.00. I will, however, go back to AAA I went back for an oil change, etc. and they were very courteous and I think they did a good job. They also said that they would check my tires for air in my light comes on. I appreciate that. 3/4/15 since November of 2014 they have installed 3 sets of breaks--yes, they are nice but I can get nice at lots of places. Without coming out and actually saying it, they tried to tell me it was me--they said even if the brakes are making noise it doesnt mean they are bad, Yes, I love to pull up beside someone whose brakes are grinding--do not want to be behind that car.

Horrible experience from the minute I drove our car home. We took the car in to get a power steering leak fixed. When I drove the car home (less than 5 miles from the shop) the car started smoking and caught fire. We had to have the car towed back to the shop and even though it was after 6pm we were assured someone would be waiting for our car to arrive. Lie number one. When I questioned how my wife was supposed to get to work, they told us they would have a rental car waiting for us all we had to do was show up at the enterprise rent a car. That was lie number 2. Not only was there no reservation, they would not have a car until mid afternoon. When I went back to the shop to discuss what happened they tried to charge me an additional $100 to fix something else that had to do with the parts they worked on. They finally fixed the car here is hoping it doesnt catch fire again.
