This was the worst servise Ive ever got. Lady Oksana was extremely rude and unprofessional. She didnt try to listen about my case interrupting me with rude comments like" this is doesnt make sense". I was shocked. When I tried to readdress this conversation problem to her manager , she in her turn refused to addmit unappropriate manners of her colleague. Manager actually answered my questions after I called second time (I had to cool down my nerves first). To my surprise (or not ) her explanation was contrudicting words of her employee. On my remark that I will write negative review manager responded with " whatever " attitude! They just dont care! Neither the manager , nor her rude buddy didnt apologize. If only it would be possible to give "zero" it would be my rating. Shame.

Im going to Russia! Was very nervous about the visa process, having read many stories of how complicated it is. The staff in the Atlanta office were super (Dmitri emailed with me late into the night answering my many questions very patiently and Oksana answered several additional by phone). They were both VERY easy to reach and swift to respond. I happened to be able to drop off my passport at their Atlanta office and Oksana called me a few hours later as she had already been in contact with with the processing office and had to make a few changes to my application. I feel confident that I will have the VISA on the date promised (and will update this review). Especially if your time is tight to trip departure, I highly recommend you use this company for Visa service.

Very convenient service, especially with whats been going on recently. Called in about getting a visa to Russia for the first time. A patient lady called Setlana (hope Im spelling it right) walked me through the entire process, advised on the type of visa I should get, and listed everything I needed to provide. I sent in my documents, and in about 2 weeks I got my passport back, shipped to my door with a visa in it. As I said before, convenient and friendly service. Will definitely be using them in the future.

The travel agent claimed USPS priority failed to deliver my passport on time, thus requiring me to pay significantly more in visa expediting/delivery fees. I ended up canceling my trip. For returning my passport, they severely overcharged shipping despite me living in the metro Atlanta area. There are several situations like mine reported on Yelp and other review sites. Beware of their unethical practices.

Ive been using their visa service for years, for me and my family. We never had any complications. Our passports have always been returned with visas. I tend to call in a few weeks ahead to check if the rules have changed. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and ready to answer my questions. The turnaround time is reasonable. Overall, I cant say a bad word about them.
