Couldnt have done it without them! Booked a trip to Disney World and Universal Studios using this office. I have planned numerous trips to Europe and Las Vegas but Disney had so many options, I was hopelessly confused. So I went in to the AAA office and spoke to Kim W. who quickly identified the Disney vacation package that was right for us. She asked a lot of questions and was VERY familiar with the Disney vacation packages and helped us choose the right one. It was so reassuring to talk to someone that KNOWS the different options available instead of blindly searching on line and hoping you can find what youre looking for. We didnt have to do anything! It took her about two days to get everything lined up (saved me the headache of sorting through all of that information) but it was EXACTLY what we wanted. She worked tirelessly to make sure our side trip to Universal was pre-booked with transportation, park passes AND the one-day dining plan. We had such a great time we want to go back. If we decide to go - youd better believe Im going to go see AAA again to book the trip. My AAA membership paid for its self with just this one visit as far as Im concerned.
