I have been through several travel agents in my years of travel. They all let me down. When I met Dan Howell, I became a client. I have been a client for many years and I am a difficult client to boot! Dan never fails me. When we are away and something goes wrong, its fixed immediately. He is patient, knowledgeable and a man of high moral character. Working with him does not feel like work. If it is work, he does not show it. He loves his job and thrives on the success he provides his clients. I depend on him and I hope he does not think of the word "retirement" until I am to old to travel!

I called to get some assistance with my future travel plans and the agent was very rude. The first thing he asked was my budget and I gave him that number and he immediately said that would be hard and Im looking at 2500$ per person for 5 days. I called many other agents who are more than happy to accommodate and help me with my budget! This agent was not friendly or welcoming. He didnt even try. Our whole conversation lasted about 1 minute. I would NOT recommend.

Even though he is in Ohio and I am in Texas, we always conduct our business by email or by phone. I have never been disappointed with Dan and his staff. Try him and you wont be disappointed!!
