For those of us who refuse to tie ourselves to a squawking GPS but prefer a strong visual of where we are headed, AAA Celina keeps a broad and ready supply of printed maps. The customer service representatives efficiently handle this simple request with friendliness and suggest other potentially useful resources about the intended destination. They give full attention to the task in which they are engaged without compromising one customers needs in favor of anothers.

The office of Celina Ohio -is operated with such efficiency. The ladies are always so helpful and friendly- always greet us at the door and if they are busy - they ask us to please wait or give us the next appointment. We travel a lot. We always go to the AAA office in Celina to get information, advise, and materials related to the current trip we are planning. The ladies at AAA are very helpful and friendly. If they dont know the answer to a question, they will find the answer for us. We really appreciate their professional service.

I had the AAA office in Celina make up a trip-tick for my trip to Florida recently and everything was fine except one exit number was incorrect and caused a little bit of time loss but after calling the hotel we got there just fine. Have always had good experiences with using the AAA.

We dont travel alot but when we do we get our trip tik,maps,and tour books from AAA in Celina.We have a GPS but we are old school and prefer to use maps instead.Everyone has always been very pleasant and helpful.We have been members for over 30 years.
