I can not say enough of good things about Lynelle Lyons-Wilson. Her enthusiasm and customer service along with trouble shooting skills are exceptional! She is always eager to please. A situation at an all expense resort could have been a nightmare but a phone call to Lynelle from St. Maarten, Sonesta Bay Resort was handled professionally, quickly and small but adequate refund was given to us. The resort was going to place our family at a sister resort that was far less than the accommodations we paid for. I appreciate Lynelles professionalism, positive attitude and the consideration she gives when planning a trip or vacation. Thank You!

Planning a trip to Florida and stopped in for a map and I was immediately greeted by an available representative. The woman I met with went way beyond my expectations I had when walking through the door. I left with several maps, all routes highlighted, travel tips, a TripTik and even a Florida Panhandle tour book with places to see and things to do while there. I joined for the roadside assistance, but this service also made my membership fee all the more worthwhile.

Most recently Peggy helped me with my plans for an upcoming trip to Florida with a Trip Tik (even though I have GPS) because the maps show more detail so I dont miss any sights along the way.
