I just called the West Chester office at 11:00 on a Saturday and had to leave a voice message to call back during business hours! This was business hours they were supposed to be open until noon. I was out of town yesterday and locked my keys in my car. I spent 45 minutes on the phone with AAA only to be told first that they could not find me and then told I was no longer an active member. My membership card was locked in my car with my keys, phone, etc. I had to pay $65 for someone to come unlock my car only to find my membership card that was valid. I spent 45 minutes on some strangers phone holding a 3 pound dog and having a 5 year old granddaughter pulling at my pants. It was cold and windy! Maybe I should go back to onstar at least they could unlock it remotely!

My experience is 100% satisfactory. All the sales personnel whom I talked to during my visit enquiring about the items that I was interested in buying are very co-operative and very helpfill and very patient. They are all very curtious. I could buy one Carry-on which is to my satisfaction. I will definitely visit the place againg whenever I need to buy any other Travel needs that may areise in the future.
