Purchased travel insurance for my recent trip to Jamaica in case of an emergency keeping us from traveling. Thankfully that was not the case but on day one of vacation my husband sustained an injury at the resort that required medical treatment. My fabulous travel agent Deborah Cross answered my call promptly and set up the claim immediately. Once home I submitted all the paperwork online and within just a few weeks the claim was reviewed and we received reimbursement. I was very pleased with the prompt action. Now I will always purchase travel insurance for a trip. Deborahs customer service while booking our trip and during our incident while at the resort was stellar.

Deborah made it happen! Simple. Concise. Detailed. Personal. Humorous. To pull off booking the trip she did for the two of us, in an incredibly small window of time, was quite impressive. To make it easy for me, was huge...and appreciated. I loved how she said "Stop me at any time" if I had questions/concerns...which I did and she never seemed bothered by this.
