I used Pixie Vacations to book a quick 3 day trip to Universal Studios Orlando and I was so impressed and blown away at the service Debbie provided us. She took time to work and get us the best price possible, changing dates more times that I can count and then finally getting us all set to have a BLAST which we did. Harry Potter World makes it worth every penny. Debbie even checked on us several times while we were there to make sure we were having a great time. Just above and beyond and I would recommend her a 1000 times over. Will for sure use her in the future for any vacations we take that Pixie handles. Next on our list is Universal Hollywood, Disney World and probably Sea World. Hotel The hotel she put us in, Loews Sapphire Falls Resort, was amazing, HIGHLY recommend. The boat taxi over to the parks and back (free) was so nice. We felt like we were in another world for 3 days and it was relaxing and fun. Express Pass Highly recommend this for at least one day but buy it once your there in the park to find out if the lines are super long or not. One day we didnt need it, the next we did. We went in November so it was the slow season and lines were pretty easy. Rides I would let you know we werent really super impressed with most of the rides, they were just 3D videos with some motion and all about 3-5 mins long. King Kong was decent. All the Harry Potter rides and world was the level I expected from all the rides and made it well worth it. You really feel like you step onto a move set and experience that world. Its incredible. ET was different and something wed ride a few times. Shrek and Despicable Me were super disappointing. One surprise was Poseidon it was really cool, so dont miss that. Food I would highly recommend skipping the Toothsome Chocolate Emporium & Savory Feast Kitchen to eat at, long waits and the food just is sub-par, instead go into the store and youll find pretty amazing candies, macroons, etc... that you can send or take back to your room. Instead I highly recommend both the Harry Potter restaurants, its like eating inside the movie, incredible (long wait lines usually so get there early). Butter Beer Warm (non-alcoholic) is the best! If you are looking for something nicer or an additional place, Poseidons restaurant is very very cool!! Its hidden but find it and youll love it. Entertainment Blue Man Group is great after a long day of walking and being tired, we grabbed dinner and show. They were pretty cool! Hope this helps! ENJOY!!!!

Im Steve, the owner at Pixie Vacations, and I wanted to share a message we received from our client, the Vermillion Family: It had never occurred to me to use an agent for our Disney trip for two reasons. One: I tend to be overly thorough in my planning and wasn’t sure an agent could offer me any information I didn’t already have. Two: the expense of hiring someone with expertise. We have just returned from a wonderful Disney World vacation booked with Lesley Sawhook through Pixie Vacations. I cant tell you how pleased we have been with Lesleys services! I usually prefer to do my own vacation planning because I enjoy it. However, as we were planning this trip, it became clear that I was way too busy to stay on top of things. So, I contacted Lesley and told her where we wanted to stay and gave her a range of dates. She was able to book our preferred hotel and work our dates out so that we could get the fall free dining promotion which we thoroughly enjoyed! She was there to answer every question we had, but I was still able to plan the things I wanted to plan. She was always so helpful and friendly and easy to reach. I will certainly contact her for our next Disney vacation!

I wanted to surprise my wife with a honeymoon to Disney World, so I immediately thought of contacting Lesley Sawhook with Pixie Vacations because my wife had used Lesley to coordinate several Disney trips in the past. I was not disappointed. Lesley was excited to help me make this trip special. I told Lesley I knew nothing about planning a trip to Disney and I needed her to "take my hand and be gentle"...she was great. I gave Lesley a set of dates and a price range, and she offered up some great options. She handled coordinating everything (lodging, dinner reservations, FastPass reservations, etc.). I have had the privilege of going on several WDW vacation in the past few years. One trip was just me and my husband, the others were with my kids, their spouses and grandkids (total of 10 of us!) Dawn Sethman is FANTASTIC at helping us plan and get our reservations! Always, but Especially on our first trip, when we were "newbies" to WDW trips, she helped us each step of the way - suggesting which parks to go to on which days, restaurants, etc. She certainly makes the whole process of planning our resort stays, our meal reservations, magical express ride, and fast pass selections very easy and stress free.
