Security guard working 11/01/16 is a total jerk!!!!! I pulled up to the gate Ive been sitting here for over 20 minutes because he doesnt believe that I am here to pick up my brother!!!! The security guards at this place ARE EXTREMELY RUDE. I was planning on purchasing a home in Fairfield, but changed my mind due to the extreme rudeness of the security guards. Do not move here unless you want to have all of your gusets harassed every time hey come over!!!

Late check in and guard did not even know what resort I was seeking. Directions to the resort where incomplete and started from a different place. Cockroaches where 2" long and everywhere in the unit. We packet up and left. Called maintenance, they called back in the AM and did not leave a message. Called the front desk - they are closed on Sundays. STAY AWAY FROM THIS RESORT. Should not be in Wyndham Inventory.

Weve been sitting in our car for 20 minutes, reservation confirmation in hand, waiting at the entrance gate for someone who can check us in and give us keys.... It took 50 minutes for the manager to come and drop off the keys, and she didnt even speak to us.
