My husband and I went into Crowne Travel 11 years ago looking to book a first year anniversary trip. We met with Lisa and told her our must haves, do not want and budget. When we arrived in Cancun we were so excited and overwhelmed that the resort she recommended met and exceeded all of our expectations. It was awesome! We have since that time booked five additional anniversary trips with Jim and Lisa, and we have never been disappointed. They both listen and hear exactly what we like and where we would like to go, and they go above and beyond for us year after year to find US the perfect place. We just returned from Punta Cana and again....another amazing vacation/celebration. I have referred a close friend who even planned her destination wedding with Jim and Lisa and it was perfect! I cannot imagine even thinking about booking a vacation without their insight on the different destinations, resorts, etc. They care about their customers and I truly thank them both for making our anniversary trips so wonderful and I know we will be using Crowne Travel for many more anniversaries to come. They are the best!!

My experience started out quite positively. We originally planned on having a destination wedding in Jamaica, our agent was quite helpful at this point. We paid our deposit. Due to unforeseen circumstances we needed to change from Jamaica to the Florida Keys. After receiving confirmation that our package was cancelled we were told we would get a portion of the deposit back in 7 to 10 days this was around the beginning of July. Until I called a few days ago I have heard nothing back from my agent. We had last discussed places in the Keys and she told us she would get back with us and NOTHING. Even when I called about the refund shes made no mention about ending her services with us just simply no communication. I had referred quite a few friends the company but I think I will reevaluate that now. I would hate for this to happen to someone else. At least if you no longer want to help us a simple call or email would be suffice. Not totally ignoring your customers! Good luck if you choose them. Maybe the other agents are not like the one I dealt with. .

I recently booked a trip with Crowne Travel; and it was by far the easiest trip I have ever booked.. Im used to doing all of the research on different travel sites and trying to get the best price. With Crowne, they did all the work for me AND saved me money! BRILLIANT!

Most of my experience has been with Jim. Overall, he was helpful and created a great trip for a buddy and I. He made sure our special accommodations were met, and made the financial side a breeze. As long as they can get my destinations, Ill vacation through Crowne. Kudos

Jim and his wife have always gone above and beyond to make our vacations hassle free. Just tell them what your looking for and they search it out! Our last vacation they planned for 45 of us to travel together to Mexico! Fantastic!
