I called twice during business hours to set up an appointment, but got no answer. When I finally got someone to answer the phone, I was told all the travel agents were busy, and asked if I would like to leave a voicemail. I agreed, but never got a call back. I decided to go online and try to set up an appointment. I put in all my info and was informed someone would contact me within 48 business hours. That was 3 days (business) ago. Ill take my business elsewhere.

Apparently a trip to Easter Island is daunting for travel agencies around G.R. No other agency seemed willing to work with us. Katie at Breton Travel got us there and back without a hitch. We had a great time. We look forward to booking future trips with Breton.
