My experience with travel focus started out great but as soon as it was time to start booking plans, quicky went poorly. I spoke with a woman named Amy Carrol who was nice about sending me information to book a family cruise for about 40 people. When I was waiting to hear back about prices, air faire, deposit information she never reached out to me. I gave her the information about passengers around July 10 2017 and waited over a week to hear information about the next step in our travel plans. .I called everyday for a week and the only thing she told me was that "shes waiting to hear from the cruise line and shes only as good as her Cruise Consultant can work". To this day August 7 2017 I havent heard from her. Not an update or even apology letter about the long process. Luckily after a week of her not retuning my calls I was able to book with an agent which has taken her 30 days to do he did in 2 days. I definitely am upset at the lack of information and professionalism that Travel Focus did/did not provide. I wouldnt recommend them to anyone.

Got a great deal through Travel Focus! for an 11-day cruise on Celebritys Equinox ship to Panama. Team was great in notifying me of this great deal because I have been using their service for several years. I got a great package deal on the hotel ahead of the cruise with a parking spot while I am on the cruise at the hotel so the transfer to the ship will be easy. Have used them for the Northwest Passage, Asia tours as well as to the Arctic and Antarctica. I find their travel advisors to be friendly and willing to help me with my travel needs. Thanks so much for great memories and service.

Pat and Amy are always very professional and responsive. I had issues surface with the tour company that I used and the team at Travel Focus! quickly intervened and resolved them immediately. Pat has suggested options for me to consider based upon my needs and I really appreciated. One of my trips was custom and Pat handled all the details around trains, hotels and transfers and it was perfect. I use them often and would highly recommend them.

They are too busy to help. Was provided with one quote for airline tickets four our small group of people over 4 business days. Asked if they had any other flights and never heard back even after stopping in for help. We ended up calling American Airlines and booked the flight and rented the car ourselves saving $3000 from what they quoted.
