This rating is specifically for Carl Howard. Im not sure how the structure of the company works but I will say I emailed the owners about my experience with Carl and havent heard anything back. Their website boast that customer service is a top priority but Id beg to differ. I worked with Carl Howard to book my destination wedding group. We had over 60 guest. He was fine at first with me. Aside for not being able to do simple math he responded fairly quick which is all I could ask for at the time. I knew something was off when I started to suspect attitude in the tone of his emails. Yes! I thought I was reading too much into it until I received two calls from my wedding guest the same day indicating he sent them emails with all capitalization words as if he were yelling at them. They each had separate situations in which he was being inappropriate. Other guest later mentioned his poor attitude after the wedding stating they didnt want to stress me out. He would harass guest who didnt send in payments by the dates he gave even though final payments werent due until months later. He even harassed a guest about her payment when her father in law had just died! He quickly got annoyed when asked questions or if guest wanted to split up payments for the room. Youre a travel agent who promotes your specialty is group bookings!??! He is also a liar. He tried to charge my nephews who were two at the time child price when the site indicated they would be free. I had to threaten to speak directly with booking before he cleared it up with no so much as an apology. At a time when I needed to focus on planning other details of my wedding I had to constantly reassure my guest everything would be ok and do math to make sure they were being charged correctly on top of many more things he should have been able to handle. After the wedding Im still waiting on refunds promised at time of booking. Needless to say Ive gotten the run around from Carl and no response from Uniglobe. If you need assistance booking your destination wedding look, walk, no run somewhere else and curse the person who recommends Carl Howard. If uniglobe has people like Carl and doesnt try to clean up or address his behavior you should run from them too. There should only be one diva when planning a wedding, the bride ....not Carl.

This is the worst experience I have ever had! Wow! The owner is rude and very condescending on the phone. If you have a ton of money to spend on a trip, then he may take some time out of his precious day to help you. Also, dont tell him you have been looking online b/c apparently that is not acceptable. This is an email from him after I decided not to use this company. Believe it or not, we do have more pressing matters from our regular clients. For you to expect me to drop everything I am doing and address your needs is unreasonable since we are doing this free of charge. Try to get that type of service from one of the websites you have accessed. If you want to pay me a “Plan to Go” deposit of $50, I will then drop everything and address your needs. Your requests are very time consuming and that is why I told you to price out where you want to stay and then tell me those rates at which property, and I will see if I have a better option for you. Who knows, in the end we may save you some money. If I don’t hear from you, have a nice trip to Florida. Regards, Tom

My wife and I recently returned from a 3 week trip to Italy that was coordinated through Uniglobe and Andiamo. This was not a normal American visit to Italy and all its famous tourists locations. Both my wife and I have Italian backgrounds and we wanted to visit the locations that our grandparents came from. Some of these locations were out of the way places that not many tourists visit. We had a very active schedule with a lot of moving parts that called for a lot of planning and coordination. We were very pleased with our entire itinerary. There were no hiccups along the way; everything was in place when we arrived at our next location. All of our transportation and tickets were prearranged and scheduled for us accompanied by a detailed itinery. It really made for an enjoyable trip. I would highly recommend Uniglobe to our friends and family.

Wedding & travel plans have been going wonderfully with Carl. Weve been working with him over the last year since Spring 2015. I have not had any disappointments. He answers and returns calls in a prompt manner including all emails. My guests have been throughly satisfied. Our wedding date is June 4, 2016 in Mexico. As the date is quickly approaching, all wedding coordinating is coming along as planned. My guests are independently meeting payment deadlines as expected and any concerns have been handled graciously. My guests and I are looking forward to a fabulous time! Carl was referred to us by my future sister-in-law. He assisted with her destination wedding 4 years ago. They have since utilized his services for honeymoon excursions. I have also utilized Uniglobe Travel for independent vacations! Thrilled bride!

I have had nothing but outstanding service from Loyal Charles. He has been my agent for over 15 years. He has booked over 20 cruises and 15 land vacations for me. The arrangements are always perfect. I never worry about any pre-arrangements he has booked. It brings great peace of mind knowing that when I check onto a cruise ship or a hotel; I know my reservation and dining choices are there. Every request I make is handled with great professionalism. No request is too small for Mr. Charles to take care of for me. One cruise I was on I had a problem. I sent him an email with my concern. Within an hour; a representative from the ship contacted me and took care of my concern. Now that is service!! Kudos to an outstanding agency and especially to an amazing travel agent.

Uniglobe Five Star Travel helped my company and myself coordinate our first incentive-based international trip for top achievers in the company. I worked with Tom and from the first call, he proved expert in offering suggestions. Later, when the challenge of booking airline flights occurred, he stayed on top of pricing, dates, etc. Without his help, since I had never planned this type of get-a-way, it would have been much more of a challenge to make the Cancun trip a reality. Thanks to Tom and the excellent staff! We will use you again!

The Best Travel Agencies in Atlanta Uniglobe Five star travel our Agent was Loyal hes the best we recently Returned from Jamaica and stayed at the Hilton Rose Hall when I tell the resort was Amazing it truly was Loyal made everything so easy all we did was pay and he took care of everything!! The Name speaks for it self there truly Five Star!!
