Will never use them again. Poor customer service, when errors were pointed out Michelle and her employees were rude even though they were wrong. Used them to book a destination wedding and after paying, the information Michelle gave us was incorrect, and both me and my fiancees siblings were unable to attend. My mother and godmother got stuck out of the country and had to stay in some unknown motel because return tickets were not booked. My mother ended up sick for days as a result. The whole process was stressful, things werent done when we were told. We had bogus confirmations given to us and when we contacted the airlines, they had no record of us. Tickets were then issued from another airline. Family members who would have attended, decided not to bother after contacting her because she is awful at follow up. She writes things down on scraps of paper and is extremely disorganized. These are the bigger issues, but there were plenty of small ones that she did try to correct. Maybe shes better at booking smaller trips, but for group travel she is too disorganized for it to go smoothly. If you deal with this company, at least get EVERYTHING in wrtiting! It was the only thing that kept the trip from being a complete disaster.

Jamaica World Travel has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I used this agency to travel to Jamaica for a wedding. Michele Kow, the agent with whom I dealt, made errors on the travel arrangements of everyone in the wedding party! When we called Michele to talk with her about her errors, she called us liars. Michele did not return phone calls or acknowledge e-mails. When I was able to get her on the phone, I was left on hold for minutes upon minutes at a time. Our travel arrangements were incorrect; Michele scheduled our flight to leave Jamaica earlier than what we paid and refused to correct the error. She opted to refund our money instead, forcing us to shorten the trip we had been planning for months. Rather than her automatically forwarding our itinerary to us when our trip was paid in full; we had to ask for it. And then once our itinerary was received, there were incorrect travel times on it, which we only found out about once we arrived at the airport. It is a good thing we arrived early; for the times were more than an hour off. Michele was very unprofessional and I will never use this agency again. I recommend them to no one!

Bad experience...booked a cruise with a bunch of family members. Michelle is unorganized and always too busy to get a hold of on the phone. And forget going in there you will be in the there for hours as the phone constantly rings and you are left sitting there while she tries to accommodate those on the phone ahead of you. My payments (as I was making multiple for family out of state) got all screwed up and Michelle accidentally booked my sister on the wrong flight date. And she refused to refund the money or to try and make amends of adjustments. Stated that it is the customers responsibility to make sure the information is accurate. I understood it to a point but she was the one who entered the wrong date! As a result my sister had to wind up spending extra money to rebook the flight and pay for her transfers. I will never use again. Highly disorganized.

I have been booking travel with Miclelle and Sharon at Jamaica World Travel since 1990 when I relocated to Atlanta. I have had nothing but eceptional service!!!!! I have called them on spur-of the moment for emergency travel and have always gotten the best deals possible!!! I have booked all inclusive for Jamaica and ran into problems at the hotel on one occasion--one single phone call to Jamaica travel and my issues were immediately fixed!!!On one family reunion trip to Jamaica--"all arranged by Jamaica World travel" was noted by all as our best vacation ever!!!!!!!!!!!!! I just had a family death and called Michelle and as usual I was given a ticket price that I searched the web and found no match.! Hooray to Michele and Sharon!!!!!I give you 5stars. Woulda

I was recommended to Michele Kow at Jamaica World Travel and went to check out the reviews before using her. If I went by the reviews I would not have done business with her. What a mistake that would have been! I had a large group of 55 persons traveling to Riu Ocho Rios, and we kept getting add ons... Michele was patient and extremely professional. Her Assistant Dahlia was AWESOME! Even when we were at Riu, she was making sure our group was ok. We felt well cared for, special and not to mention the price we received. Everyone in the group had a swell time and all want to go back on another vacation - of course we are leaving it to Michele to plan it for us again. Thanks again to Michele and Dahlia...... your service was terrific.

I was going to book this trip on my own through kayk or travlocity because im good with computers but i decided to try them out. Can you believe they were lower than the internet ? I dont know how they do it but i searched for 3 hours comparing. The building doesnt have much parking, maybe bcause busy time of day but i guess they cant be perfect. Ask for sharon she really took care of me. psThis trip to Jam was the 2nd best of my life, and I take 4 trips a year.

Very unprofessional. When errors are pointed out, instead of apologizing for transportation not being available, even though it was already paid for, she was raising her voice telling me what she needed to refund my money. We all know that receipts are needed however, an apology would have been nice And I dont need to know how often you get visited by the IRS regarding accounting of funds. You might want to keep that to yourself. Will NEVER use them again.

I have been trying very hard to get with this company for weeks now. I have spoke to both Michelle and Sharon and both took some information and told me they will get back with me. They still havent. 2 of my friends used them one said she like them and the other said they were very unorganized but they got good rates. Everytime I have spoke to someone they make me feel like I am inconveniencing them.

Ive been using ja world travel for 7 years; Michelle has been amazing. I personally recommend them.. I can think of anything bad to say about these ladies. So Michelle and Patrice, thanks for all the wonderful vacations.. See you next year..
