Im giving them 5 stars to offset the unfair 1 ratings. They are not a scam but they need improvement. On a Monday, I was shopping many different sites for the cheapest airline tickets. In the morning the tickets were cheaper but around 3pm, the prices started increasing substantially. So during that time I rushed to book the tickets with TravelMerry because they still had the morning prices up while other sites were getting more expensive. I put in my credit card info, got the price I wanted and got a confirmation email from them. In minutes, I got a call from TravelMerry saying that the price went up, and despite the confirmation email I received they didnt actually process my card info due to the price increase. This is the scary part because yes it sounds weird and yes these ppl have thick accents (indian maybe). They offered me a different/better flight that costs $50 more than what I thought I had booked. But at this point, it was the same price all the other sites were offering so I just agreed to it. I say it was better because the original flight had a layover and this offer was a nonstop. They sent me a link with the new price and I had to put my card info in again. Yes I was scared and hesitant that this could be a trick to charge my card twice, but I figured they already had my card info anyway and if there was an issue I could just call my bank to stop payment. Within two hours or so, I received confirmation details with e-tickets and my Delta reference #. I immediately jumped on Deltas website directly and entered the reference# and it was real! Just as stated on TravelMerry. I checked my bank statement 3 days later and everything was in order! No double/additional charges, and the withdrawal was listed directly from Delta, not from TravelMerry! Just because they have thick accents, doesnt mean they are lying scammers. We have to think rationally about situations instead of being xenophobic and writing ppl off. But yes, they need to improve that whole process to make customers feel more safe and comfortable. If the price went up by the time I submitted my card info, the site should have never made it seem like it was confirmed in the first place. There should have been a bounce back or a rejection instead of a confirmation email. Thats my only issue.

I wanted to leave an honest review. Like many I was a little concerned with the "scam company" comments floating around, but I found great flight prices round-trip to Rome, so gave them a try. Everything was perfectly fine. I received my confirmation emails immediately after booking. There were no hidden fees, they didnt cancel my reservation, etc. The only reason I give 4 stars is because I couldnt find one of my flights listed on the airlines website (I wanted to select my seats). However, a quick call to the airline informed me that while they were the booking airline, this flight was actually operated by another airline, so I needed a different confirmation code. No biggie, after that I found my flight no problem and was able to continue selecting seats. All in all I had a great vacation and Travel Merry definitely helped me save a few $! This is just one guys review, but I think that the majority of issues occurring are due to the airlines and not necessarily Travel Merry.

Highly suggest you avoid this company. I booked through them (after being linked by SkyScanner.) I received an email stating the booking would take up to two hours. I called the company and they told me to wait for the email. A couple hours later I had not received a response and called the company. They told me that they only take one inquiry per booking on the phone, and I would need to email them. Called my bank and did not allow an authorization of the card, as they refused the cancel. Will probably file a BBB complaint.

There was an overall sale in European flights yesterday. I was linked to Travelmerry as the cheapest offer online. I try to book, and at 4 am the night after I recieve an email saying they cant process my transaction. I try again and again and again. Call them and they say keep trying. Then I email them and they inform me the airline cant confirm the tickets, please book directly with them" . By then the Europe sale was gone at every legitimate travel site. And they still have the wrong price listed.

The most absolutely awful, rude customer service I have ever experienced.... ever. I greatly distrust this agency after the booking I made and type of treatment I received when I needed assistance. Appalling demeanor of the representatives at the call center and even worse policies designed to capitalize on basic customer needs. Will never do business through them again... booker beware!

The reason why I dont rate 5 star is their service is pretty passive. While you purchase an air ticket, you should call them or email them to remind them to send your confirmation out. The reason why I dont rate 1 star is they are actually a real travel agency, not a scam company but still need to get more professional

Same as the last comment! This is a scam company! I bought what I thought was a business class ticket and got a economy class ticket. The company is now refusing to honer their own return policy!
